15/07/2024: We stayed at the Malga this weekend and felt at home!!! Federica with Luca (and their children) welcome you and "let you enter their world and their daily routine"! The house they let us stay in is really a small apartment with everything you need, and we had a really good time... the view from those little windows is priceless!! Breakfast and dinner, with 0 km products, are really excellent!! Compliments!! Not to mention the opportunity given to children to reconnect with nature and animals in "simple" but important activities such as collecting eggs in the henhouse, milking cows and goats, or witnessing the transformation of milk into cheese. There are numerous paths for healthy trekking!!
I can say that when I was looking for the right gift for our 9 year old granddaughter and for the two of us... everything I imagined and maybe even more... I found it right here at Malga Valle dell'Alpe!! Thank you

22/08/2024: We've been coming here for a few years, it's certainly Spartan, it's not Astorian but the food is good, but for me since Massimo returned to the kitchen the quality in the kitchen has improved a lot. We eat well.

23/08/2024: Posto bellissimo, personale e tutto lo staff molto gentile. Abbiamo preso i primi, ed un altro giorno la pizza, tutto davvero molto buono.
Per le prossime vacanze se decidiamo di nuovo come meta la valfurva di sicuro ritorneremo a mangiare in questo ristorante.

18/03/2024: Perfect stay, absolute cleanliness, structure complete with all necessary equipment and services. Family atmosphere, discreet and always available. Excellent breakfast, good and reasonably priced restaurant. Strategic position, impossible to imagine anything better.
04/03/2024: I'll start by complimenting Mrs. Daniela and Mr. Alvario because together with their daughter they manage this hotel excellently (extraordinary people who make you feel at home).
Extraordinary experience that I recommend to everyone.
The structure is beautiful and very well kept, always in all respects a superior four star.
Comfortable, beautiful and spotless rooms.
Abundant breakfast full of excellent products. Fabulous dinner (we opted for half board): always traditional dishes prepared with high quality ingredients.
Beautiful wellness center open in the afternoon (from 3pm to 7pm) and included in the price.
Very comfortable skyroom.
Not to forget the strategic position: in the center of the town of Santa Caterina and practically adjacent to the (free) bus stop that takes you to the lifts.
What can I say: everything really was super.

16/08/2024: After a lunch with food most likely reheated because the dishes arrived in 4 minutes and having spent 200 euros plus another 30 for the wooden table football table, which, placed outside, obviously worn by the elements and 10 years old (according to the Son) was an obviously rotten piece of wood was broken, we also had to leave 50 euros for the damage caused (which was more than correct if it had been intentional), the service was paid, the table football was worn, no regulations are posted in case of damage even non-volunteers that we have to pay, we should have done like the average Italian pretend nothing happened and left the broken things there instead honesty cost us another 50 euros congratulations on the service and treatment! We will certainly not return again and we will certainly not advertise well

20/08/2024: Posto che frequento da anni e rinomato nella zona ma questa volta devo dare un giudizio basso.
Ecco cosa è successo: abbiamo prenotato per il pranzo di Ferragosto al "2° turno" per le 13,30 (il primo turno era alle 12,00). Decidiamo di raggiungere il rifugio a piedi dal paese (circa un'ora di cammino) e arriviamo alle 13,15 affamati. Comunico ad una cameriera il nostro arrivo e mi risponde sgarbatamente che è presto e che il nostro tavolo è ancora occupato. Aspettiamo pazientemente e il tavolo si libera alle 14.15!!! Noi eravamo affamati ed increduli! Ci siamo seduti e abbiamo iniziato a mangiare alle 15.00 (ormai facevamo merenda).
Una disorganizzazione unica, ho disdetto il mio primo piatto perchè l'attesa di 30 min tra l'antipasto e il primo mi aveva fatto scappare la fame.
Voglio anche sottolineare che nell'attesa si liberasse il tavolo non ci è stato offerto nemmeno un aperitivo e, al momento di pagare il conto, nessuno si è scusato per quanto accaduto.
Se non siete in grado di offrire due turni per il pranzo fatene solo uno, noi avremmo prenotato altrove.
