02/09/2025: A wonderful experience in a very characteristic village just a stone's throw from Bormio. The staff were immediately very kind; having a baby in a stroller, they immediately put us at ease by letting us choose where to sit. The service was impeccable; I'm a wine lover, so I let myself be guided in choosing three glasses, drinking alone—excellent wines. As for the food, nothing to complain about: refined dishes, exciting and authentic flavors! My only disappointment was discovering them at the end of the holiday 😅 Next year, I'll be booking at least 2-3 lunches! Highly recommended 😆

20/08/2025: I came to this place with my girlfriend. A wide selection of dishes, mostly traditional, including appetizers, first courses, second courses, sandwiches, and desserts. The Braulio sorbet was also very good. Very friendly and helpful staff; the view was breathtaking. We'll definitely be back!

30/08/2025: We visited this chalet for lunch in August. We easily found free parking at Bormio 2000 and walked up very slowly, taking about 45 minutes. There are numerous signs pointing the way to the chalet. Once we arrived, the view was spectacular. We ordered two Valtellina trios and a salad. The food was high-quality and the portions were generous. The restaurant is very spacious and has both indoor and outdoor seating. The prices are truly excellent for the quality and quantity offered. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. Internet service is good. They have a POS terminal, but there may be times when the signal isn't very good.

27/08/2025: A magnificent chalet restaurant at 2,200 meters above sea level. You can get there by following the road that leads to Bormio 2000. The last 200 meters are on dirt terrain. Alternatively, you can take the cable car, which is currently closed for construction. Stunning location with a breathtaking view. We went for lunch and had a wonderful time. Delicious first courses, and the house specialty, apple fritters with cream, is spectacular! The atmosphere is lovely, very bright, with windows overlooking the mountains. Plenty of tables, including outdoor seating. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

13/09/2025: Delicious dinner! Four of us had dinner at this beautiful restaurant with a truly enchanting atmosphere! The risottos were excellent, especially the blueberry one and the Sassella risotto with bresaola! The desserts were delicious, the cheesecake was amazing! The waiters were very kind, knowledgeable, fast, and always smiling! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!!!

08/09/2025: A very friendly and warm welcome! The pitches on the hillside are pleasant. I've been here several times, and this time I had the opportunity to try the attached restaurant – you should! If you think you "know" Italian cuisine, you'll also discover the Lombardy version and the wines from Valtellina here. A new experience for me, plus the very friendly and welcoming treatment of guests!

27/08/2025: Three of us dropped by in December without a reservation, and they seated us, telling us, however, that a free table would be available in an hour. Despite the weather, they didn't make us feel rushed to get up as early as possible, and we were able to enjoy our appetizer, main course, and dessert. P.S. The game meat, accompanied by mushrooms and potatoes, was incredibly tender. Everything was delicious, and everyone was incredibly kind!

16/07/2025: I stopped by during work lunchtime with some colleagues. It's certainly not a cheap lunch spot, quite the opposite in fact. It's a nice, well-kept place with quick, efficient service. Overall, a lovely place, highly recommended, and definitely a great place for a relaxed dinner. So, I can only say positive things about this place. However, a €26 main course with water and coffee at lunchtime seemed a bit steep.

02/08/2025: We went to lunch at La Dispensa del Forte on a quiet midweek in July. A perfect time to appreciate the location, which in my opinion remains its true strength: outdoor tables, a relaxed atmosphere, no crowds. A place where you can truly enjoy your time. The attention to children was greatly appreciated: paper and colors at the table, a simple yet thoughtful gesture that helps make the meal more relaxing for parents too. Lunch begins with a pink mousse served as a welcome drink. A small, pleasant gift that starts the meal on a gentle note. The bread basket – supplied by a local bakery – is well-stocked and of good quality, with a very soft focaccia that stands out from the other types. We then ordered a charcuterie board: it was delicious, with a porchetta that stood out for its flavor and simplicity, seasoned with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Next up was a first course of spaghetti with shrimp, zucchini, and confit cherry tomatoes. Colorful, fresh, and beautifully plated. Overall, it was fine, though lacking any particular flair. The service was friendly and well-timed. The price of each course was slightly above average, but in line with the restaurant's setting. Not a memorable experience, but not disappointing either. I would return, perhaps on another occasion, to give the cuisine a chance to truly impress me. For those seeking tranquility and a break from the city's frenetic pace, it's definitely a place worth considering. Especially at lunchtime, in the middle of the week, when everything slows down and even a simple dish can be appreciated.
