02/01/2026: Nice and cozy restaurant inside Forte Marghera. The menu is small but very curated, with a selection of locally sourced ingredients. The staff is nice and the cuisine excellent 👌

05/03/2026: A disappointing experience with a hefty bill at this aesthetically welcoming refuge nestled in a picturesque setting. While the landscape and snow created a pleasant atmosphere, the same couldn't be said for the dishes we ordered. The Sciatt lacked the cheese flavor, as did the taragna polenta, the ribs had a sweetish sauce, and the slimy mushrooms. Besides being seated at a large shared table, which perhaps not everyone enjoys, the bill, approximately €83, left us with a bitter taste.

06/01/2026: A very nice restaurant on the outskirts of Bormio. We had dinner à la carte on the evening of December 31st. Everything was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely return.

19/10/2025: The place is very nice, I celebrated my birthday there and it was very well organized! The owner is very kind... I recommend it to everyone.

14/10/2025: Unfortunately, the serious problem here is the inability to communicate. These not-so-nice ladies should take an Italian course and explain what the brioches are like and what their prices are. In the morning, I don't feel like arguing about the type of brioche: if I want the conchiglia and it costs 20 cents more, explain it to me and I'll give you €0.20 without endless arguing. Then seeing a mouse wander by the window—for goodness sake, it was outside the shop—put me off my list.

15/01/2026: Very bad experience. The staff was unpolite, not trying the best, rude and non italian. Music playing was islamic disco which ruined completely whole atmosphere. It was very expensive and not very good food. Drinks are served in plastic cups, dont even try to ask for real glass.

07/01/2026: NEW YEAR'S EVE AT GALLO CEDRONE: COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE. We booked New Year's Eve dinner based on the promises made in the official emails: a gala dinner, music and a DJ set in both rooms until dawn, a surprise toast at midnight, fireworks, and even nighttime snowmobile and snowmobile rides. Total cost: €220 per person. Too bad none of this was delivered. We were in the hotel lounge, where the music was simply embarrassing: an older man singing old songs and playing a few recorded tracks. It could have been during dinner, but after a while, we expected the party to begin, given that the average age was around 20. Instead, there was no entertainment, zero involvement, and not even a countdown to midnight. For a New Year's Eve dinner, this lack is unacceptable. The promised nighttime rides? Never mentioned. When we asked for information, the answer was: "But which tour?" The midnight surprise? Never seen it. A total joke. As for the dinner: mediocre. Terrible tablecloths, improvised waiters, dishes served as "mixed" instead of the indicated courses, absolutely subpar quality, and nothing to justify the price. Basically, we spent a Michelin-starred dinner for poor service, a makeshift menu, and above all, an evening devoid of atmosphere, celebration, and respect for what was sold and promised. In conclusion, a disappointing New Year's Eve in every way. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.
