Valentina is a wonderful person, very clear and kind.
I highly recommend it. We were in a group with mountain bikes and everyone was satisfied.... congratulations.

03/05/2026: We booked this restaurant a few days in advance because it was close to an attraction we were visiting.
I must say we were satisfied. The restaurant was tastefully decorated, with plenty of space between tables, efficient service, and the food was good and the portions were more than adequate.
If I'm back in the area, I'll definitely consider it again.

02/01/2026: We had lunch today, very welcoming staff, excellent service, the cook/chef brought us the dishes personally, I recommend it !!!!!!!
18/11/2025: We arrived at a bad time for lunch... in the sense that they were closing the kitchen... the very friendly chef finally decided to let us eat only if we were happy with what was left... the service was fast and the waitress was very kind. The lunch was excellent, based on typical dishes. If we return to that area, I think we'll definitely go back.

05/05/2026: We really enjoyed lunch at this restaurant. The pizzoccheri were incredibly good. We also tried the local dish, manfrigole. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. A wonderful experience and a wonderful memory.
19/04/2026: The atmosphere is also quaint: a small, yet beautiful, room seating about 50 people, decorated in a medieval theme, with various weapons hanging on the wall. Upon arrival, we're greeted by two suits of armor displayed at the entrance. Arriving at 7:45 PM without a reservation, we were seated (two people). After waiting for over 43 minutes, we were completely ignored at our tables. We called for the attention of the wait staff (two ladies) a few times, but were repeatedly ignored. Meanwhile, the orders of the people who arrived after us were taken, drinks brought, and some even entrees. It's a shame about the place, which seemed nice, and the food, which (just from a distance) looked good. If the issue had been related to the reservation, it would have been enough to mention it anyway, and we would have looked elsewhere without a problem. If not, it would have been interesting to understand the reason instead—considering that it wasn't related to a capacity emergency, as there were still seats available in the restaurant.

29/06/2026: We couldn't have lunch because it was full inside and no one came outside to ask.
28/06/2026: I'm giving it one star because I can't publish zero. We stopped today, June 28th, for lunch. I made a reservation for four people and two dogs, since dogs aren't allowed in the dining room. I respect the choice, so he made us sit outside and told us to wait for the waitress. This was at 12:25. We left at 1:30. Since he kept seating customers who arrived after us inside and he didn't take us into consideration, I asked for the menu twice and he told me they would be there in 10-15 minutes. You don't treat customers this shamefully. He didn't want the dogs, he just had to say so.

22/04/2025: Scoperto per caso durante l'ennesimo viaggio in Valtellina, nel delizioso borgo di Grosio, lontano dai flussi turistici più opprimenti. Conoscevo già i piatti principali della valle, per cui avevo delle aspettative, che sono state ampiamente superate: tutti i piatti delle tradizione, dai manfriguli ai pizzoccheri agli sciatt, preparati con sapienza e originalità; ottima selezione di vini, della quale abbiamo potuto assaggiare un Sassella riserva indimenticabile, giustamente consigliatoci in abbinamento ai piatti scelti; un servizio come da tempo mi mancava, fatto di mille attenzioni, eccellenti e chiare descrizioni dei piatti e un sincero interessamento alla nostra esperienza. Questa autentica perla della cucina e dell'ospitalità valtellinesi non ha nulla da invidiare ai tanti ristoranti blasonati della valle.

Ottima selezioni dj vini.
Peccato che il pane che ci è stato servito era immangiabile e durissimo.
Servizio valido forse troppo sbrigativo.

Rifugio Malghera

26/08/2024: Abbiamo soggiornato due notti al rifugio con tutta la famiglia: genitori e 3 figlie grandi. Ambiente (bar, ristorante, camere, bagni) molto puliti. Una scarpiera dotata di ciabattine lavabili da sostituire agli scarponi prima di salire nelle camere. Si può decidere di portare il lenzuolo a sacco o usufruire delle lenzuola di carta a pabamento del rifugio. Colazione abbondante dolce e salata, cena perfetta: pizzoccheri freschi buonissimi, seconda portata sempre accompagnata da formaggi locali e dolci della casa. Abbiamo avuto occasione di assaggiare "la pesteda". Personale gentilissimo e simpatico: ci hanno accolto come in famiglia raccontandoci qualche bella storia della valle.
L'alpeggio di Malghera è davvero molto bello: sentieri, laghetti, paesaggi per riempirsi gli occhi di bellezza e l'animo di serenità
18/08/2024: I pizzoccheri veramente buoni. Personale molto gentile con noi e con le bambine e hanno accolto ogni nostra richiesta. Attesa dei piatti molto bassa, pochi minuti. Consigliato!
