04/10/2025: A Michelin-starred lunch, straight to the point: - exquisite food - courteous staff (from the reservation to the arrival to the final greeting) and above all, highly knowledgeable - extremely kind chef who welcomed a comment about a piece of cutlery (others would have calmly ignored me or told me to go to hell) - price in line with the raw materials and workmanship provided. 11/08/2025: A piece of Umbria in Stradella. This is a true corner of paradise... all the dishes are extraordinary, unique. The meats, first and foremost, are so delicious that they captivate your senses... cooked just right and, above all, presented in a divine way. A welcoming place and top-notch staff who serve you with elegance and kindness without seeming intrusive. What can I say... try it and believe it. Highly recommended

20/09/2025: Having heard about it through word of mouth, we decided to try Old You Can Simone... We almost finished the menu, all delicious, topped off by Simone's friendly attitude. An evening to repeat, diets notwithstanding! Highly recommended.

03/09/2025: A bad experience. We expected more. We didn't like the fried appetizer, the supplì were cold and truly tasteless, the first courses were nothing like those found in Rome, and the pasta was cooked and quality was truly poor. I'm disappointed because our expectations were high; perhaps we came on the wrong day. Who knows?

21/09/2025: What can I say? They recommended this place to us for our wedding anniversary... it met every expectation, if not exceeded them in some respects! From the moment we booked by phone, we were met with incredible availability, delicacy and attention to detail upon arrival. The waiter was prompt and meticulous. I didn't take photos of the dishes because we enjoyed the unparalleled view and taste. At the end, they even indulged us with a surprise anniversary treat: a dessert with a personal dedication. The price may seem "expensive," but we were happy to pay for the quality, ambiance, and friendliness. We'll be back! We highly recommend it!

The carbonada with potatoes and polenta with sausage...delicious! Plus, the service was excellent; the owner and his wife were so kind! We'll definitely be back, thanks for a pleasant evening.
