05/12/2024: Excellent dishes, well prepared and studied. You can perceive the commitment and complexity of the preparations which always serve to enhance the protagonist element of the dish. The price is adequate for the quality found. Very pleasant environment, staff present and able to put you at ease. You can see that the chef works with passion. Experience to be repeated. PS: I would leave the water bottles on the table for convenience

01/12/2024: Tastefully furnished environment, beautiful vaulted ceilings, suggestive window that frames the garden and looks like a painting. Welcoming and attentive staff. The presentation of the dishes is surprising, combining aesthetic perfection with a notable variety of ingredients that balance each other effortlessly.

08/12/2024: The appetizers were excellent, even if they were all brought together and therefore even those that should have been lukewarm became cold. Excellent risotto with sausage, ravioli very scarce. The cheek is excellent, the cut is so-so. Only one type of dessert, but good. Only three stars for the service, but only because it was too fast. Good value for money.

02/08/2024: Returning from Alba for work I came across the street and to be precise the Gioele restaurant, a well-kept environment with simple but very high quality dishes, the Chef Giorgio knows his stuff, the risotto was delicious and well balanced. Well done Giorgio and Elena, keep it up until next time

18/11/2024: Located in the center of Stradella, Simo restaurant offers Roman cuisine and more; with an excellent quality-price ratio thanks also to the numerous offers when booking through TheFork. I found the Pinsa with porchetta, aubergines and buffalo mozzarella particularly good, a tasty and fragrant mixture. I then continued with the fettuccine alla papalina... a sort of carbonara with raw ham and parmesan. Tasty but it didn't convince me... for me the classic carbonara is much better. The biscuit, chocolate and cinnamon dessert didn't impress me... it seemed a bit disconnected. It's at least the fourth time I've eaten in this place and certainly the traditional Roman dishes are obviously their strong point... they deserve a taste!! All the staff are very nice!

27/07/2024: The tavern is managed by Paolo who is also the owner of the B&B Gressoney on the upper floors. The dishes are all excellent, both in flavor and quality and in the generosity of the portions. Paolo is very kind, the service is very fast and the prices are in line with those of the upper Lys valley. Highly recommended

17/08/2024: A truly special place, care in the food, care in the setting and customer care. Prices appropriate to the service and community spirit. Too bad some customers aren't as polite. I hope in people's sense of decorum and they realize that some places are held up more by the will of some good individuals than by actual profit. Great guys, keep it up! Beautiful activity. It really deserves it. If you are passing through, you will find a homely atmosphere, if you are in the area, you will find THE house!!!

21/07/2024: An excellent Umbrian restaurant in the Pavia area. Excellent truffle strangozzi and good meat. The paired wines are always Umbrian with a wide range.

13/07/2024: In the historic center of Stradella, in an old building with a sign from 1927, we ate tagliatelle with mushrooms, a tasty Milanese cutlet, a particular dessert of pear cooked in chocolate accompanied by a good Bonarda. Friendly and helpful owner, as well as the staff. Worth visiting are the historic center and the accordion museum, incomprehensibly closed on Sundays. Then also go for a tour of Casteggio, very interesting.

26/11/2024: Unfortunately our experience this time was poor by booking a day in advance they gave us the ugly and uncomfortable place giving priority to people who booked on the same day They served us a drink in a small glass that there was only a drop to drink. There was only Giattiò telling us that there was not another glass very bad service 26/112024
