05/10/2025: I'd like to talk about this restaurant. Let's start with the fact that it took LITERALLY 2 hours just for a first course! From 12:00 to 2:30 for a first course, it wasn't exactly crowded, we were the first to arrive. Then, when the dishes arrived, they looked horrible and were raw. Now let's talk about the price. It was incredibly expensive for that food, not even half the price. I really don't recommend a two-hour drive for this.

The cuisine is simply extraordinary: every dish is conceived, curated, and crafted with a rare attention to detail. Excellent ingredients, surprising pairings, and impeccable presentation. A special thanks goes to Ermanno, the owner, who welcomed us with elegance and passion, guiding us throughout the meal with great passion and warmth. It's rare to find someone who so successfully combines expertise, friendliness, and a love for their work. An experience to remember and definitely one to repeat. 14/09/2025: We had dinner last week. A villa with a retro feel bordering on stale. The food was adequate (serving coppa di testa, a cheap cured meat, in a place like this is unacceptable considering the prices). The chocolate salami was made without biscuits and was sticky. The portions were very small, and the tagliolini with sardines were decent. The service was slow and inattentive. Despite the place being half empty, we even had to wait for the menus, and there was a lot of noise from the kitchen.
