22/07/2024: Last Saturday evening I had dinner with my family at Chapeau, a truly unique restaurant that definitely deserves a special mention.
I would define the restaurant as a little jewel in Vimercate that I recommend to anyone looking for a truly special gastronomic experience.
25/06/2024: Small and welcoming restaurant with attention to furnishings that we really liked. The menu had 4 choices for each section, from starter to main course. We ate well both the first and second courses of fish with very original dishes that combined the ingredients in a harmonious way. All accompanied by an excellent chilled Apulian chardonnay. We ended on a high note with an exceptional pistachio cheese cake.
I recommend this restaurant, 10 and praise!

Fast service, perhaps not very empathetic but professional
Unfortunately it is small, you can't always find a seat.
Then there is often a lot of confusion but this does not depend on them but on the loud chatter of the Brianza people
13/08/2024: Prices a little above average. You pay for quality but something less would be better. Cappuccino and smooth croissant €. 3.20 when the average is €2.70/3.00.

06/07/2024: Il dehors del locale è molto carino, riservato e immerso nel verde, ideale in una serata dal giusto clima.
La cucina è stata davvero sorprendente: ottimi i prodotti, carica di sapori e raffinata nella presentazione.

You can dine both inside and outside: we opted for air conditioning and a quieter atmosphere as a couple inside the restaurant. We were served by three women (one of whom I imagine is the owner) all extremely kind and attentive to our needs, even the unexpressed ones. Excellent food, I think the best dinner I've had in recent years. It's definitely a great place to wow your guests.

27/08/2024: Truly exquisite and delicious artisanal ice cream with also options for vegans, the girl who makes the ice creams is really very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and fast, and the other girls who are there are also very professional and knowledgeable.
A great place to have ice cream with friends and family, highly recommended

31/08/2024: We were there last night for my birthday for dinner, what can I say?! exquisite food, wonderful service and kindness from all the staff always smiling and proactive; very elegant environment but in which you feel absolutely at ease. The sommelier was very good with his beautiful way of doing things and the boy who served us the tiramisu carefully prepared in front of us was very good. Absolutely recommended!
31/07/2024: Good food, I came across it by chance brought by friends but the service was truly remarkable, I do the same job and in all honesty finding such a quality of service in Vimercate amazed me, good staff.

28/08/2024: I think it's overrated. A very polite and kind girl served us. Very sparse and unsatisfactory menu. For beers there is a blackboard that depending on the table the person serving you has to move it... Bad service...
