Variety of the menu and quality of the food not so much - we didn't like a number of the dishes we ordered and ended up having the same starters over and over. Staff were very friendly, stopped coming to take our order after the third round, strangely

18/10/2025: Poor service, rude owner, yells if something doesn't go as she says, treats customers based on how much they come and how much they spend. I strongly advise against it.

26/10/2025: Rude, impolite staff. The food was ok, the cake was sold as fresh, but at least it was a couple of days old.
26/10/2025: It would be a five-star place. Every time I've been there, even at different times and days, the dessert counter is sparse and almost empty. I ended up getting something savory, very good, no complaints there. Obviously, I won't try again...only to "chase" the famous desserts that are never available. I've been told you can reserve, but there are no lists or photos of every single croissant; even desire and a keen eye for detail would play a part.

04/12/2024: La qualità dei prodotti ultimamente è davvero scarsa, a differenza di qualche anno fa dove nonostante i prezzi la qualità era davvero top! Ma soprattutto il personale è PESSIMO!!! Fanno fatica pure a salutare, per qualsiasi cosa ti rispondono in modo scocciato e a tratti arrogante. Per non parlare delle volte in cui sono in cinquanta dietro al bancone e pur di non avere un contatto con i clienti si mettono di spalle a fare cose e non ti guardano manco per finta.
Purtroppo lavorare a contatto con il pubblico non è un lavoro per tutti.
15/11/2024: Cameriera scorbutica con tutti, anche i clienti, si vede che il lavoro che fa non lo fa con piacere, buttando i piatti nel lavello e non curarsi dei clienti che sono nel locale.

22/03/2025: Una vergogna, abbiamo preso in 3 due piatti di crudo che già solo a guardarlo stavo male, ne abbiamo provato un pochino e rimandato indietro tutto, con pure lo stupore del cameriere, ma ripeto bastava guardarlo, ce li hanno fatti pagare comunque entrambi, dato che eravamo in 3 non è che con 8 euro a testa diventavamo ricchi ma almeno quello che non abbiamo toccato non farcelo pagare, poi usciti da li scappati a casa in bagno tutti quanti 🙈
