26/10/2025: It would be a five-star place. Every time I've been there, even at different times and days, the dessert counter is sparse and almost empty. I ended up getting something savory, very good, no complaints there. Obviously, I won't try again...only to "chase" the famous desserts that are never available. I've been told you can reserve, but there are no lists or photos of every single croissant; even desire and a keen eye for detail would play a part.
26/10/2025: Rude, impolite staff. The food was ok, the cake was sold as fresh, but at least it was a couple of days old.

22/10/2025: The quality of the ingredients leaves much to be desired. It has nothing of the Ligurian focaccia. The prosciutto has a strange, dark color.
The flavor of the prosciutto is strong, and so is the taste.
07/09/2025: The staff is friendly and very helpful, demonstrating a polite and friendly attitude. They are knowledgeable and aware of the ingredients in the food available.
The Focacceria's appearance is minimal and green, but pleasant.
