08/03/2026: My family and I stopped for lunch. Terrible service. We had to ask several times for drinks, sauces, dessert, and coffee. The food was decent, but the grilled meat was a bit burnt. The waitresses were uninterested and had a hard time taking orders and serving. I've worked this job for years and know what it's like, but I've never seen anything like this! I think I'll change Roadhouse, but never again in Giussano!

I stopped by for a coffee, which was excellent, by the way... let's just say that curiosity, hearing very positive comments, pushed me to go in! Glad I did!! And I won't miss a dinner with friends... Arriving at 9:30 (a time when you should be served like a normal customer, but unfortunately that wasn't the case), I ordered a round of pizzas, and they brought me marinara twice (the only two slices I'd eaten all evening) and a few pizzas I didn't like. I politely asked a waiter if it was possible to have three types of pizza (plain, buffalo mozzarella, Genovese, and prosciutto cotto) and was told they'd be arriving right away. The result? Time passed, and at 10:30 PM I asked another waiter if they'd be arriving or not, and he confirmed they were on their way. At 11:00 PM, when everyone around me had already finished their desserts, which I couldn't even eat because they were already gone, still nothing. €20 for two identical slices of pizza, and being treated like dirt, being told at checkout that "it was the guys' first night on the job," but in the meantime I left with an empty stomach and a slightly less full wallet. Not recommended

25/10/2025: The service is a joke!! After 15 minutes of sitting at the tables with a disabled person, they tell you they're out of croissants. Meanwhile, new people come to the counter and give them some. I get up, go to the counter, and was about to point to a croissant, but the girl looks at me and says, "This is what the lady who arrived 10 minutes later asked for." It's the second time I've ever been there again!!

12/12/2025: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. A few days ago, I placed an order for around €70 through Glovo, and one of the menus arrived incomplete. I tried contacting the restaurant several times using the number provided, but no one ever answered. Today at lunch, I decided to try ordering again, again through Glovo, and before the order was ready, I tried calling Mc again to ask for more attention and explain what had happened the previous time, but again, there was no answer. Truly terrible service: zero customer service, impossible to communicate with the restaurant, and little attention to the customer. I hope they improve, because this is unacceptable.

And this time too, I decided to get up and leave; it seems they're reluctant to serve casual customers like me. They served other customers who arrived after us only because we may have sat down without the head waiter's blessing. He ignored us and, at our request, took care of other newly arrived customers... I think I'll try again, but for a coffee at the counter. For me, it was a moment of pleasure, and instead I was treated like dirt... 😕

24/01/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance on our way back from a morning in the mountains in Capracotta. A couple with a medium-sized dog. The atmosphere was spacious and quiet. The food was excellent. Seasonal, local ingredients. The first course was delicious: grilled meat and hand-cut fries. Everything was delicious and high-quality. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.
