30/08/2025: I wasn't convinced. The service was very slow; I waited over half an hour to be served and only received everything after a prompt. The dishes arrived hot, which means they were pre-cooked and reheated (in the microwave?) on the spot. The meat in the sandwich was minimal, and everything was messy, with the meat unevenly distributed. A positive note is that they accept tickets. The €2.50 cover charge is a bit steep, but at least it included a welcome drink of nachos and hot sauce. I recommend serving the appetizers right away, otherwise what kind of appetizers are they? At least they satisfy your hunger. Only some of the waiters were friendly; others were listless and annoyed. Another negative note is that they don't accept reservations on Saturdays, and you have to wait in line for a table.

02/09/2025: It's a great place to stop for refreshments, well-maintained and welcoming. I've been there several times and really enjoyed the variety and quality of the beers. However, something isn't quite right with the quality of the ingredients, which has disappointed on more than one occasion. Finally, I'd like to give a huge compliment to the staff, who clearly stand out from the crowd for their courtesy, friendliness, efficiency, and patience. Well done, guys, that's the way to do it!
02/09/2025: We were on a stopover, and since we were very familiar with Double Malt, we ordered two beers, both excellent quality, served at the right temperature and with the right attention to detail.
Special thanks to Marina, who was smiling, welcoming, and helpful. She made us feel at ease and looked after us professionally, recommending the beer best suited to our tastes. It's not easy to find someone who combines kindness, expertise, and passion for their work, and she succeeded perfectly.

05/09/2025: We have to visit Spontini whenever we're in Milan, and for good reason! We've eaten at several of their locations over the years, and the pizza is consistently outstanding. This was our first time trying the branch at Scalo Milano Outlet, and we even went back a second time on our last day before flying home to Berlin.
The pizza is simply incredible—it's so crunchy and fresh, and the flavor is amazing. Our personal favorites are the Margherita and the Primavera. The value is also fantastic; a Margherita pizza for less than 6 Euros with this kind of taste and quality is unbeatable.
During our first visit, we sat outside and the service was great. On our second visit, we sat inside because of the weather. The service was a bit slower, and there was a slight language barrier, as the staff didn't understand English very well. One of our pizzas also came a bit late, which meant one of us had to wait while the others ate.
Despite these minor service issues on our second visit, we would still go back in a heartbeat. The pizza is just that good, and it's a taste we truly miss when we're not in Italy. If you want a delicious, authentic, and affordable slice of pizza, Spontini is the place to go.
31/08/2025: Unfortunately, my thoughts were confirmed.
I saw with my own eyes that leftover pizza is reheated and then given to us customers. That means we pay (and not a little) to eat reheated pizza? Do you really do that? Not to mention the pizza chef who picked up the ingredients with his bare hands and then touched other products. I don't even know what hygiene is.
You've lost so much, and you're only getting worse.
Personally, not only will I never come again, I absolutely advise against it.

02/07/2025: Ordered pizza tonight, arrived not made by them but they used the frozen one, at least if you really have to give the frozen one let them know, terrible service, you say a time and it arrives when it wants
29/05/2025: And after several attempts to trust this local pizzeria, this is the last time.
The sliced pizza, ordered today with chips on top, arrived burnt, the chips inedible.
Payment in cash and without a receipt.
It doesn't work like that.

11/08/2025: At 10:31 PM, while we were ordering ice cream, they approached us and told us the coffee machine was off.
The place absolutely needs to be disinfected; it's full of insects of all kinds.

La formula tutto incluso “all you Can Eat” prevede solo 5 piatti a testa. (Un ossimoro) Si può ordinare solo da cellulare dove è impossibile capire gli ingredienti del piatto. Se si invia un ordine, bisogno aspettare almeno 10 minuti per quello successivo. I piatti sono dozzinali e quasi tutti necessitano di un sovrapprezzo rispetto il prezzo della formula “all you Can Eat”
Piatti caldi serviti tiepidi, sashimi di gamberi servito ancora gelido invece.
Nei 3 bagni i Ldespenser del sapone era vuoto.
