The concept is great, the place is cute, and overall the food is pretty good, and the beer is good. The two negatives are the smell, because the two times we went, after a while, we could always smell like burnt meat on the grill (plus, the last time was summer and the air conditioning wasn't even working), and the staff isn't exactly friendly or welcoming. The last time I wanted to pay with my Scalo Milano gift card, but since the balance didn't cover the full amount, the cashier, using the excuse that the POS wasn't working (she said this after I'd informed her), wouldn't let me pay with it, probably to avoid double payments. Also, two people who arrived after us and ordered similar dishes were served first (there were two of us, too).

Very nice place, you can buy everything from clothing to mattresses, from Poltrone Frau kitchens, in short, lots of branded stuff, there is a section where you can eat, like a piadineria, in short, you really spend your time shopping.

Thank you for turning a place in a setting like this into a true beer pub! Even though half the world passes by while shopping, here you enter the pub where they call you by name and there's the warmth of the bar! ESSENTIAL FOR THOSE WHO DRINK BEER ON DRAFT!

The service inside was great, but even though there were empty tables and space available at the entrance, they made 10 people waiting in line to pay before showing them a table, until they had paid.

A casual yet elegant venue, with excellent food and quality craft beer. The staff is incredibly friendly and they also welcome pets. Highly recommended.

I'm writing here because I couldn't find an email address on your website. Yesterday, March 27, 2026, table 32, I had dinner with my wife at the restaurant in Loc Triulzi. After receiving the beer, I brought it to my mouth and it spilled all over me, soaking my sweatshirt, the T-shirt underneath, and the backpack I had under the table. The glass was broken, but that can happen. I called the staff and they took the glass away. Luckily, I had just bought a sweatshirt, so I went to the bathroom and changed, which took a few minutes. When I returned, no one showed up to clean under the table, change the wet placemat, or clean the table. I called them. I also asked for a sponge for my backpack, which I cleaned, and no one came to take it back. Only towards the end of the dinner did they realize I had placed it under the table so as not to have it near the food. No one else showed up for the rest of the dinner. No one apologized, only at the end of the dinner when they came to ask if everything was okay, we pointed out that the behavior hadn't been appreciated. Since the staff was all very young, we really wanted to highlight the behavior so it wouldn't happen again. At the cashier, they asked us how it went, we explained everything again, they apologized and told us that the only thing they could do was a small discount, but really small because we ordered 1/2 a chicken, 1/2 a chicken steak, and 2 beers for €27.88 discounted. I don't know, my sweatshirt and T-shirt were full of beer, lucky to have bought one beforehand so I could change... otherwise, I would have dined drenched in beer.
