The paella was awful; we tried the Arroz Negro, the only flavor we could taste was the squid ink, and the marinara, which was flavorless. The rice seemed boiled. For this reason, I feel the price was unjustified. I wouldn't return.

Wonderful, professional, and cheerful people who have that magic/vocation for their work within them, and you can tell they're proud of it, which I completely agree with. I'm vegan, almost if it weren't for the dairy, and they treated me better than a regular customer. Considering that it's not easy for them given the menu, especially since the paella options are limited to two (there are three: fish, meat, and vegetarian), and since I didn't want to get in the way of my fellow diners, I didn't even ask for vegetarian paella. Well, they were there for me until the end, and that really made me very happy. The two girls were smiling, kind, helpful, efficient... The same goes for Alessandra, who as a sommelier was very kind and thorough for anyone wanting to understand Spanish vines. Alessandra, if you can accept a little constructive criticism for a couple of the vegetarian dishes, consider the bruschetta with tomato. I would have put more tomato there, but the part where the tomato should be visible was almost completely white... Maybe because the chef spreads a tomato sauce and doesn't use chopped raw tomato like we do, I don't know, but as for the taste, I have to say I would have liked to taste the tomato a little more. In any case, they arrived hot, and the flavor, although very delicate, was still a little noticeable. 🙂🙏🏻 Then, for the other vegetarian dishes, next time I come, to your ever-present question: "Is everything okay?" I'd like to tell you my opinion, if you'd accept a couple of suggestions. 😁✌🏻😘 P.S. I liked the first wine better. 🌈🙏🏻😊

19/01/2026: A charming place with lots of lights and a summer courtyard, a relaxing atmosphere. They also host themed evenings like dinner singing with karaoke, which are a lot of fun. The food is carefully prepared and plentiful, made with quality ingredients. The waiters are friendly and professional, and the prices are reasonable for the place. I highly recommend it.

31/01/2026: Very nice place high up on the first floor, well-maintained with an open kitchen. We found the dishes exquisite and the service excellent. Excellent value for money. The donkey ragu was divine, not to mention the steak. I've never tasted anything so good. Franco was very kind and generous.

19/03/2026: Friendly staff and the usual Roadhouse menu. Outdoor parking. Prices and offers are in line with the Roadhouse chain, with the option of using your membership card and app. They also accept restaurant vouchers for lunch.

17/03/2026: We had dinner here for Women's Day. The place was packed with waiters, yet the service was very slow and quite disorganized. For the occasion, all female customers were given a complimentary sweet, but it wasn't mentioned or offered.

15/02/2026: La Livella is a lovely restaurant on the Naviglio Canal. It has a very peaceful atmosphere and a home-like welcome. Maria is a very sweet, smiling, and welcoming person, and her husband is also incredibly friendly! I also consider Maria a great person whom I respect wholeheartedly. The pizza is exceptional, perfectly cooked, and made with delicious ingredients. I highly recommend this restaurant. A must-try for any event. Thank you so much, Grazia.

25/01/2026: A welcoming atmosphere in a spotlessly clean restaurant. Signora Maria welcomes you with a smile and warmth, and attentively and discreetly looks after you throughout your dinner. The waiters are polite, patient, and attentive. For appetizers, we chose two pizzas to share. They were excellent, made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. To top it all off, we also chose a charcuterie board accompanied by the freshest mozzarella. The delicious and generous first courses accompanied our dessert. The pastiera and tiramisu were amazing. We'll be back soon because we've spotted some main courses we absolutely must try. Excellent value.

14/12/2025: I'm here now waiting for dessert, the food is excellent but the waiting staff is incompetent and there aren't many people. Anyway, I'll go back, the cappelletti are UNESCO heritage.

01/11/2025: If you want catfish and fried fish, all immersed in a typical Mantua atmosphere that's still intact, this is the place to be. The courteous and professional service is highly appreciated, always in keeping with tradition.
