24/08/2024: We were here for an evening with shisha and drinks (€13 each), the place leaves a lot to be desired, the shisha room is located at the back of the restaurant, where you're dying of heat and there's not a hint of air, there were only three occupied tables (including us) as soon as the others left the music turned off, evidently we were not worthy of this luxury, I thought I had ordered a Lemon gin not a soda as for the hookah they never came to change the coal, in fact they were always in the kitchen with the phone or outside smoking on their own. In conclusion? The food is good, but for the hookah... Leave it to those who are really capable and willing to keep up with the customers.

18/08/2024: I don't evaluate the restaurant because we have never been there with my daughters... I evaluate the external character who tries to attract you to the restaurant... I was talking to my daughters about the bar in front of the place saying that it seemed strange to me that it was closed... in the meantime we got some rude people because we didn't listen to said dem come on but what are we talking about... you were lucky that I wasn't alone otherwise you I overturned and also called the owner all this happened last night... I'm waiting for a response on this...

22/08/2024: Vergognoso... a partire dal personale. La ragazza in cassa che ha un entusiasmo e una allegria... almeno un sorriso finto potrebbe farlo. La stessa addetta, dopo aver toccato i soldi, fatto cassa, va di la e senza guanti tocca il prosciutto e tutto il resto... ma stiamo scherzando? Sempre lei con una fila di 6 persone si ferma a sbancare un bancale di un fornitore facendo attendere... per poi continuare a lavorare (sempre con me stesse mani). W l'igiene! Attese lunghissime e voglia di lavorare zero!

26/07/2024: I was there today for lunch, terrible service! I arrived when there was no one at the register, after waiting more than 10 minutes, I try to call the 3 girls in the back who ignore me and laugh calmly! I waited a few more minutes and in the end my cousin and I went elsewhere!

11/06/2024: I have been a customer for years but this is the worst "piadineria" spot we have ever been to! After multiple attempts the treatment is always the same! The usual lazy old girls who don't care in the slightest about waiting customers and on those rare occasions when they deign to do so they treat you in an arrogant and annoyed manner if you just ask a couple more questions! The last straw then was seeing some new girls this Sunday, never seen before, left completely alone to juggle between the service cashier at the counters while the old girls were closed in the kitchen giggling and minding their own business (not very intelligent if I may say so given the 'huge glass through which everyone can see them). I don't know what the store's policy is but I honestly don't think people who would rather watch two new girls running back and forth with all the people who were there on Sunday are suited to this type of job! Really disappointed!

26/05/2024: Just finished now, it's only 8.30pm, to eat the piadina, good, the only flaw is the service, the two very young girls at the counter and kitchen certainly would have liked to be anywhere except here working and in fact the YoYogurt next door, which is always management they have already closed it!! One of the two even said "I'm full of it... and I want to leave". Without any other words!!!!!
