I ask her if you could kindly put them in a bag for me and the girl replies that they deliver them like that, naturally, without even a napkin. If you think this is a service, the bag that she didn't have or didn't want to give is fine, but not even a napkin.

03/04/2026: Everything is literally disgusting: hairs were found on the nigiri rice and fish scales in the salmon. Very dirty and rude. The plates were dirty and stained, and the food rotating on the conveyor was frozen. Everything was low quality; the fried foods were frozen and then fried but still cold inside. The place and cleanliness were terrible, and while eating, there was a strange, very strong fried smell. Disgusted by everything and sickened by what we found under our teeth and in the various dishes, and after reporting this to the chef, who tried in every way to get us to stay, we left and paid full price. The price was extremely high given the terrible quality. I strongly advise everyone not to go there.

04/10/2025: CARCINOGENIC Pizza Today, October 4, 2025, we ordered two slices of stuffed pizza. It looked very nice and well-prepared. There were many colorful pizzas on the counter, with various flavors. The price isn't displayed; the slices are weighed like a bakery, so in reality, the price is exactly double the average. For two slices, one stuffed with sausage and the other a focaccia with potatoes, it was about €12. Two small slices, perhaps 12x12 cm. As mentioned, the food looks inviting, but the flavor is lacking. It's very, very greasy, and both slices were badly burned underneath. A little is fine, but here it's inedible, black, so much so that we pointed it out to the staff before throwing it away. But without having received healthy food, they're probably all burned underneath. I don't understand how other people can eat so much greasy and burned food. I have a stomach ache.

13/05/2026: Good morning. Yesterday evening, May 12th, I went to the Cerro Maggiore multiplex, as I do almost every night now, as a loyal customer. After or before the movie, I always go for their piadinas because I like them so much more than other places. The piadinas are always well-filled and well-cooked, not to mention the girls who work there. I always see the same three or four girls, and lately there have always been two on shift in the evenings despite the crowds. But with patience, you'll always be served with kindness and always with a "bon appétit," which I don't underestimate at all, because often when I go out to eat, they bring your order to your table and that's it. Unfortunately, due to the crowds, some ingredients often run out, but the girls are always ready to recommend what to add based on your choice. Despite the fact that they're very busy because they have three outlets to manage, including a piadina/bar and a yogurt shop, and two cash registers, I see all of this done by a single girl who occasionally helps out in the kitchen. Unfortunately, last night they had a technical problem with the griddle, a short, blonde girl told me, which also caused some inconvenience to the customers, but despite this, she managed everything professionally and never out of place. I also heard a guy call out to them waiting for his piadina, but he still headed for the exit, leaving the girl there, only to return after about 20 minutes. It's sad to read negative and exaggerated reviews sometimes; just a little more understanding would be needed, because these are young women who work, and mishaps happen to those who work. I also witnessed a funny scene involving the girl who served me, which made me and other women at the tables, as well as the girls themselves, laugh, as the rod broke while pulling down the curtain.
