15/03/2026: I enjoy frequenting Lindt stores because the products are top-notch and the quality of the chocolate is unquestionable. For this very reason, however, I'm always a bit disappointed by the in-store experience. When I enter a Lindt store, I don't just buy a product, but rather enjoy an experience that rightfully comes at a higher price than average. Unfortunately, fundamental aspects, such as attention to detail and hygiene, are often overlooked. For example, a visibly dirty coffee machine steam wand is something that should never happen in a place that aims to offer quality service. The surprising thing is that it doesn't seem to be an isolated case: I've noticed the same situation in several Lindt stores. And that's a shame, because it would take very little to maintain a standard consistent with the brand's value. The product remains excellent, but a brand like Lindt should guarantee the same quality in the experience and attentive service.

10/10/2025: McDonald’s used to be known for consistency and convenience, but after the recent scandal, it is impossible to see the brand with the same eyes. What should have been a simple meal now feels like a gamble with quality and safety. The real problem is trust. Once customers start questioning what is really in the food, the entire foundation of the brand collapses. Instead of clear answers and transparent accountability, McDonald’s has responded with silence, vague statements, and corporate spin. For a company of this size, with millions of families relying on it every day, that is simply unacceptable. Visiting the restaurants only reinforces this disappointment. Food quality is inconsistent, often served lukewarm or poorly prepared. Service is rushed and impersonal. Cleanliness in several locations falls below even basic standards. Combined with the shadow of the scandal, every bite now feels tainted with doubt. It is shocking that a global leader would allow itself to fall so low. McDonald’s has the resources to set the highest standards in the industry, but instead it has chosen shortcuts, cost-cutting, and damage control. The scandal made one thing clear: the brand’s priorities are not the customers, but the profits. For me, McDonald’s no longer represents safety, trust, or value. Until the company makes real, visible changes, starting with honesty, I cannot recommend it to anyone. The golden arches are supposed to symbolize happiness, but now they only remind us of what happens when trust is broken.

29/11/2025: Lunch on Black Friday, so the mall was crowded. We went early, around 12, and didn't have much of a line. The wait was 15 minutes for the food to be prepared. The food was good; the avocado and salmon club sandwich was highly recommended. The chickpea burger was good, but lacking in flavor and soft in texture, so you may or may not like the taste. The potatoes were very good, and so was the homemade sauce, which is vegan mayo. As for seating, if you get there early, it's doable; otherwise, it's a bit difficult to find.

09/11/2025: Rude staff We stood at the register for at least 5 minutes to order. There were two guys in the store chatting among themselves, and they just looked at us and didn't even come over to ask for our order, not even to tell us if it was closed or not (which I doubt given the opening hours).
