18/11/2025: 5 stars for the store. 6 for the comics department: the comics department staff deserve an honorable mention, always kind, helpful, and ready to answer any questions. Management is excellent, and the spaces are filled with classics, the latest trends, and even more niche products. The organization is masterful. Extra praise for the posters displaying the monthly releases (as pictured)!

09/11/2025: I come to this store to buy expensive books, knowing it offers a wide selection. Unfortunately, the store doesn't accept EdenRed shopping vouchers. I regularly purchase them from competitors who do.

06/05/2026: A very negative experience today, May 6, 2026, around 5:30 PM at Cremamore. After paying and waiting in line for my turn, the clerk (Fabrizia) had already picked up the cone to make me an ice cream. At that moment, a colleague from the Iper self-service restaurant arrived and literally jumped the line to say hello. At that point, the clerk interrupted service, stopped making my ice cream, and began serving her colleague directly, making me and everyone else in line wait. Immediately afterward, another colleague arrived, and they calmly chatted about the weather and personal matters while the customers waited at the counter, without even apologizing for the wait or maintaining a minimum of professionalism. It's not a matter of a few extra minutes, but of politeness, respect, and attention to customers. Such behavior is truly unacceptable, especially in a place where people interact. The people you choose to hire are your calling card, and it's precisely from episodes like this that a client forms an impression of a business. After this experience, we personally won't be returning.

12/05/2026: Today at 2pm I ordered 2 MCFLURRY DUBAI at the modest price of €3.80 each. The DUBAI chocolate was only on the surface and underneath it was completely vanilla... a scam.

15/03/2026: I enjoy frequenting Lindt stores because the products are top-notch and the quality of the chocolate is unquestionable. For this very reason, however, I'm always a bit disappointed by the in-store experience. When I enter a Lindt store, I don't just buy a product, but rather enjoy an experience that rightfully comes at a higher price than average. Unfortunately, fundamental aspects, such as attention to detail and hygiene, are often overlooked. For example, a visibly dirty coffee machine steam wand is something that should never happen in a place that aims to offer quality service. The surprising thing is that it doesn't seem to be an isolated case: I've noticed the same situation in several Lindt stores. And that's a shame, because it would take very little to maintain a standard consistent with the brand's value. The product remains excellent, but a brand like Lindt should guarantee the same quality in the experience and attentive service.

28/04/2026: We waited at the register at this place. I really wanted to eat there because the concept appealed to me, but after 10 minutes of waiting at the register, I lost my appetite. There was a guy at the register with long green hair (which he supposedly should have tied back) who constantly wore the same dirty gloves (even after handling money). What a shame.
