06/06/2026: Very disappointing experience at Yun Quick in Il Centro. The food was far below expectations and honestly one of the worst meals I have had in a long time. Several items lacked flavor, tasted bland, and did not seem particularly fresh. Some dishes appeared as if they had been sitting for quite a while before being served. Considering the prices, the quality was unacceptable. The portions were average at best, but the food itself felt cheap and poorly prepared. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the presentation suggested a higher standard than what was actually delivered. The restaurant’s location inside Il Centro brings in a lot of customers, but the food quality does not justify a visit. There are many better options nearby offering fresher ingredients, better taste, and much better value for money. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and regretting the money spent. I would not return and cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

06/06/2026: Absolutely disastrous! This was by far the worst meal I've ever had in a restaurant. The food was inedible, tasteless, and anything but fresh. After just a few bites, we lost our appetites. On top of that, the price was completely unacceptable. Charging money for such poor quality is incomprehensible. We were extremely disappointed and will definitely never return. Not recommended!

01/01/2026: I ordered through Deliveroo and, unfortunately, this time the experience was very disappointing. The products arrived cold and the meat was rather dry, definitely below their usual standards. Furthermore, I had requested a bucket consisting exclusively of Original Recipe chicken thighs, the most expensive option on the menu, but I was delivered half thighs and half wings, which are less valuable. I find it unacceptable to pay for one product and receive another, and less expensive, one. I hope this is an isolated incident, but it's a situation that absolutely should not happen again.

10/04/2026: A disappointing experience at the Lloa store located inside the Il Centro shopping center in Arese. Given that the author also works in the food service industry, we visited the store at 9:30 PM, still significantly ahead of the advertised closing time (10:00 PM), confident that the service would be fully operational. However, we were turned away on two separate occasions: initially, my wife, when requesting a juice, was told that the machine had already been cleaned; then, about ten minutes later, my children and I attempted to order frozen yogurt, only to receive the same explanation. This situation raises a rather obvious point: if products are no longer available half an hour before closing, it would be far more appropriate and transparent to indicate an actual end-of-service time, thus avoiding creating unmet customer expectations. Adding to the unpleasantness of the experience was the attitude of the counter staff, who seemed visibly annoyed by the time and reluctant to listen, revealing a sense of impatience with customers. In conclusion, we visited another store (Cioccolati Italiani), which, despite it being close to closing time, served and welcomed us with warmth and kindness, and to whom I offer my sincerest compliments.

21/02/2026: My husband and I stopped in with our 9-month-old baby. We ordered poke, which we said was excellent and fresh, but while we were eating, the owner noticed the baby was sleeping and turned off the music, something he's never done at other places. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts.

17/06/2026: The coffee and barley were boiling hot, completely illogical. So hot I couldn't even touch the cup. It's supposed to be drunk hot, but that's just not an option. The staff were polite and friendly, but very slow.

31/05/2026: Rude barista, she served us coffee in a dirty cup twice, and when we pointed it out she was rude, she washes the cups instead of answering the person who brings you money
