01/11/2025: Nice place, what it does it does well

16/09/2025: I went to the WITCH pizzeria for the first time. The atmosphere is welcoming, with limited seating, so reservations are recommended. The wood-fired oven offers good pizza. Service is quick. I wasn't happy with the price because I spent too much on a pizza. This is the reason for the 3 stars.

06/06/2025: Sunday, June 1st, in company in Castelnuovo Bocca d'Adda, for a navigation on the Po'. On the way back to town we stopped at this butcher's/delicatessen, where you can also have dinner. With the aperitif they brought us a tagliolini with lard, very tender, and cheese 🧀 (I don't remember the name). We want to go back for a dinner. Mary and Achy

10/04/2025: Butcher shop with attached restaurant. Excellent meat, excellent menu. Add kindness and empathy and the game is done! We will definitely be back

11/01/2026: I visited this agriturismo for the first time, and only for lunch. We had a large table, but the service was quick. The daily menu was missing giardiniera, replaced with an excellent cotechino with lentils. However, the best dish was the tagliatelle with cellar ragù. Beautiful place, rustic inside, and outside a lovely park for families and children, with a variety of animals to greet without bothering them. Worth a try.

09/01/2026: Every year, they increase by €1, reaching €13 for a business lunch (and they'll likely increase further). It's a shame, however, that both the portions and the quality of the food have declined. The wine they serve is undrinkable; some of the kegs on tap from Poderi San Pietro di San Colombano are as good as diesel fuel with a patina attached. They charge you for coffee if it's brought to your table. Cleanliness is so-so, and there's never a receipt if you pay in cash. It's a shame because the wait staff is very friendly, despite the extremely high turnover. There are better options in the area for less. The outdoor location with animals is okay, even if it's very neglected.

20/12/2025: We arrived late in the afternoon with our camper, with short notice from Rome. We were warmly welcomed, even though an evening with live entertainment was being planned and preparations were in full swing. After an initial difficult moment, everything went smoothly. We were quite satisfied, and we'll be back to visit the area and maybe do some fishing. I thank the ladies at the reception for their kindness and hospitality. See you soon.

05/11/2025: A place to avoid, I'm giving one star just to express my opinion, I went to this place as a fishing enthusiast, not knowing the place and also living quite close by, having first looked at their website and also having published opening hours for this autumn period from 8:00 to 19:00, I went to the fishing spot at 15:00 with the intention of doing a three-hour fishing trip from 15:00 to 18:00 as per their regulation of three hours minimum, finding the two ladies with an unwelcoming air telling me that at 17:00 they close and that they won't give me the ticket anymore but with only one condition paying three hours for a total of € 26 and fishing only two, hearing that their price is already given away for those who want to fish with them (crazy stuff) in practice that place for those who want to go for a fishing trip at 15:00 are as if closed but on one condition you pay for three hours and fish two and also feeling at I would say that their rates are a giveaway....for those who want to try other places I don't recommend it but look elsewhere believe me.......

29/10/2025: After a long time, I returned to this trattoria for a family lunch. It hasn't changed much in the meantime, and that's a good thing. The selection of first courses is good, the second courses excellent, especially the mixed roasts. Then comes the sublime delight of the dessert trolley, which alone is worth the full 5 stars; the perfect way to end an excellent lunch on a sweet note.

25/08/2025: The place is very clean and the food is very good. I tried the cream once, it's like ice cream but very creamy. Very good!!!!!!!

15/12/2025: Delicious food, excellent waiters and owners. The only downside is the limit per order (5-7 portions per person), and you have to wait 10 minutes after each order to be able to order. If you go alone, you'll wait longer to reorder than to actually eat.

31/12/2025: If you're passing through, perhaps on the Via Francigena, stop here. The owner is friendly and welcoming. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. But what's really worth it, in my opinion, is having a snack with a view, relaxing and enjoying the splendid view.
