09/09/2023: Value for money on a saturday afternoon

04/04/2024: In this review I only evaluate the restaurant as we did not stay in the hotel. We stayed at Easter. Easter menu consisting of 1 starter: pleasant, Irish meat tartare on an artichoke base, smoked buffalo mozzarella in basil oil. From here on, in my opinion we are not there. 2 first courses, a saffron risotto with scampi and asparagus. The risotto was too hard and the scampi together with the asparagus were a sort of ball placed in the center of the plate, in our opinion just taken out of the fridge as it was cold and unpleasant. Second first course, trofie with aubergine sauce with parsley emulsion. Here too, same problem as the risotto, in the sense that the parsley emulsion was placed in the center of the plate, cold as if it had been taken out of the fridge. The second course consisted of lamb ribs, radicchio with balsamic vinegar and pommes a la parisienne. Dish without infamy and without praise. Dessert: artisanal colomba with mascarpone cream and raspberries. As for the starter, all in all passable. Dirty and marked walls. Cobwebs seen in at least a couple of places. And alas, under the refrigerators in the room, you could see dirt and little attention to detail. At the table the cruet that had been made available to us in the center of the table was empty. The uncovered cheese maker. Overall, which I hope will be taken as constructive criticism, the bill was too high for the quality offered.

Better you can find something that comes close to this pizza an entirely Neapolitan excellence the pizza chef a talent and a gift of the best traditions good I recommend even just a simple marinara and then you will tell me

09/03/2024: Abbiamo prenotato alle h 19.30 e ci era già stato anticipato di liberare il tavolo per le h 21. Abbiamo aspettato 42 minuti per l antipasto (onion rings) e ben 1.10h per la portata principale! Alle h 21.20, prossimi ad ordinare il dolce, ci viene detto (in maniera insistente e maleducata) che dovevamo liberare il tavolo. Dopo aver fatto presente il ritardo nel servizio ci viene detto che ora il tavolo è da liberare in quanto il nuovo turno di clienti sta aspettando. Lascio sul tavolo il bicchiere ancora pieno di margarita, mi dirigo verso la cassa per pagare il conto e faccio presente che la mia consumazione non ho potuto berla, chiedo gentilmente che mi venga tolta dal conto (come minimo visto come siamo stati trattati), la titolare mi risponde “poteva prenderla e finirla mentre era qui”. Detto tutto. Io mi sono approcciata con tutta tranquillità, ma qui purtroppo la disorganizzazione e l’incapacità di trattare i clienti ha preso il sopravvento.

03/04/2024: High level "dinner" aperitif! Abundant appetizers and excellent cocktails. Correct quality-price and really helpful and kind staff. Recommended from morning for breakfast until evening. Super pizza.
