11/01/2026: We met Genni and Michele through fortunate circumstances. I must admit that they are truly two genuine, honest, and very nice people, unlike any other you've ever met.
Then we learned that they ran a wonderful restaurant, La Vecchia Cascina, and from there, we were curious to try their cuisine. It was a wonderful experience. We went with three couples of our friends, and everyone was very satisfied. The food was truly delicious. Thanks again to Genni and Michele and their very courteous and knowledgeable staff.
We will definitely be back. Alberto and Marianna

06/02/2026: I came to Antico Pavone with my family for lunch on Sunday to celebrate my birthday, and we had a wonderful time: the family welcome, the relaxed atmosphere, and above all, the generous and delicious dishes. There were five of us, and we all shared two appetizers, and each had a first course and a second course. We tried several dishes, all very good, but the truly special one was the guinea fowl in clay sauce, very tender and juicy, and essentially delicious. I highly recommend the place for the quality of the dishes and the excellent value (about €25 per person).

22/03/2026: Very good pizza, a little sparse on the toppings, when you eat it half on the plate and half on the tablecloth, I'm not fussy and I don't find it very hygienic, however it's the best in the province

26/02/2026: Everything was perfect, the trattoria atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The food was plentiful and delicious, and the staff was incredibly kind.
10/02/2026: Fixed-price business lunch. Cold side buffet, including excellent Russian salad. Choice of two first courses or both, and a wide selection of second courses. Friendly service, rustic atmosphere. Recommended!

22/02/2026: Our lunch yesterday at Trattoria Bar Sport was perfect. We discovered the place thanks to the Slow Food Guide and highly recommend it. We opted for a Padano appetizer, marubini pasta in broth for the first course, tiramisu, and a traditional homemade dessert similar to zuppa inglese. Everything was truly delicious. Compliments to the young chef and the entire staff!!!

29/01/2026: At Locanda da Zia Leti in Livrasco, you can't go wrong.
The owner, who is also the chef, brings authentic Piacenza cuisine to the table, prepared as it should be: traditional dishes, full flavors, generous portions, and no unnecessary frills. The food here is good, period.
The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, the staff is friendly and approachable, making you feel immediately at ease. Each dish reflects tradition and attention to detail, with that "home-made" care that is increasingly rare these days.
An authentic restaurant, where you come to eat well and leave satisfied. And that, honestly, is a great asset.
