17/03/2024: This evening we went to have dinner at this restaurant where the specialty is goose.
High quality food, normal prices, friendly service and good choice of wines with advice directly from the Somelier in the room.
Among the various courses we tasted both the goose appetizer which was exquisite, and the boiled meat with various sauces which was awarded by Alessandro Borghese.
The restaurant is in the province of Cremona on the border with Brescia and in addition to eating and drinking well there is the possibility of purchasing the products made by them on site and therefore I couldn't resist buying their excellent giardiniera.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
01/03/2024: Sono ritornato in questo ristorante per la terza volta in due mesi e mi sono sempre trovato benissimo , cibo di qualità , ottima cantina sia per i vini che per i distillati , personale e proprietario molto cordiali e disponibili , location molto curata e bella .

31/03/2024: In an old city palace with an unsurprisingly great ambience. The food was consistently excellent with a mix of more traditional items (sautéed snails with polenta and spinach) and innovative creations (Tatin di Cipolle caramellate con Gelato di Grana). One star deduction for the wide spread in the friendliness of the service staff and one star deduction for the fact that several dishes from the menu were no longer available at 12:00 noon... when it comes to alternatives, it would have been professional if the complete changes had been mentioned and not just parts of it... it's a shame... both points of criticism can be corrected very easily... the concept of food donations for those in need, on the other hand, is just great. Great idea!!

I got there by playing as a master at a live role-playing day with some friends and I asked some of the staff to play along and help me, and they were very kind in giving me a hand! Fantastic. FANTASTIC! We live in Lotanucci, but we will be back as soon as possible!

31/03/2024: We order two pizzas, mine in particular arrives cold and I mean COLD: the ingredients were put raw but just taken out of the refrigerator and therefore they practically made the entire pizza, including the dough, frozen cold... Even if the ingredients are on raw, it must be cooked for 10 seconds in the oven, you don't bring a pizza like this to the table.
Dry dough, pizza with an excessively generous amount of olive oil on top, so much so that it left the plate greasy even underneath the pizza.
The other pizza with buffalo mozzarella on it, buffalo mozzarella almost non-existent, porcini mushrooms counted on the fingers of one hand, also greasy, lukewarm and toasted.
Ten euros (9.80 to be precise) for a bottle of water and a medium beer is madness.
We pay and not a "thank you and goodbye", the silent owner gives me the change and goes away, without even saying goodbye, to two other customers.
Never again, inedible pizza, questionable education.
28/03/2024: everything was delicious (I recommend pasta alla vesuvio), top service, shame about the lack of education of some staff members who treated others badly. As a customer, it's never nice to see a guy working being treated disdainfully by other staff members! (the boy with us was impeccable, another girl too, perfect service)
furthermore, my boyfriend had called on the phone to check if it was possible to pay with a meal voucher in the evening, he was told that it could be done without problems, and at the time of payment he was practically forced to pay with his card.

Cold cuts too salty.
The pizza toppings are correct but the dough is too thin in the center and too little crunchy in the centre.
The furnishings are a bit anonymous.

After 4 months I was really disappointed, we don't behave like that, coming out with the sentence you misunderstood you, they wanted to charge us more than the first time for the aperitif, I'm really sorry.
I have to say that the staff of the guys met in November
they did really well for what I had liked about the place.
As of today, March 9th, I was really disappointed. I'm sorry because we would have gladly returned

We tried several risottos, all amazing and plentiful. Absolutely recommended for the goodness of the first courses and desserts, and also for the absolutely honest quality/price ratio.
