Usual sandwiches from the service station but the aubergines in my sandwich were inedible
There isn't even a table to lean on so either you eat standing outside or in the car
Very not recommended, don't stop

31/03/2024: During a recent visit to the Betti pastry shop in Cremona, I was curious to discover their confectionery offerings, in particular an attempt to reinterpret the famous cubic brioche. My attention was captured by the innovative idea, although I noticed that the brioches, despite being presented as cubic, had irregular shapes and were not uniform with each other. This is a departure from the original cubic brioche concept, which is famous for its geometric precision and uniform texture. Our experience, however, took an unexpected turn even before we could place an order. Despite it being 2024, a year in which we would expect greater openness and inclusiveness, we were asked to leave the venue because we were in the company of a Golden Retriever. This episode underlines a clear need for evolution in the welcome and openness towards pets, values that are increasingly appreciated in society today. We recognize the effort towards innovation in the menu of the Betti pastry shop, but we believe that there is ample space to improve both the accuracy of the products and the welcome of customers, including their four-legged friends. We invite the bakery to consider this feedback as an opportunity to align itself more closely with modern expectations of inclusiveness and hospitality.

18/02/2024: initially everything was going well, the brioche and coffee were good and the environment seemed calm. it started to get worse when, in order to clear the table as quickly as possible, they started looking at us insistently and checking to see if we still had anything in the cups and frantically taking the stuff away, and we had been sitting there for about ten minutes. the real problem was when paying: a very grumpy lady at the checkout started treating us badly because we told her that we didn't know they didn't have separate accounts. this information must be communicated at the beginning, not at the end when I go to pay after consuming. my friends and I, mostly Turkish, were pressured to pay quickly because there were other people, complete with unprofessional jokes; in a pedantic tone the lady also made fun of the fact that the people I was with weren't understanding Italian and were having serious difficulty understanding what was happening. I don't think working with the public is the best idea for such an acerbic person. it's a shame because the place is very nice, but better a kind staff than a good brioche.

01/12/2023: From my albeit brief experience at this place I can only say without a shadow of a doubt...the Mantuan is like the fifth T of Cremona. Elegance, refinement, friendliness and beauty come together in a single score to act as the soundtrack to what is defined as the city of the violin par excellence. To use a metaphor to underline what was previously written, we can define the valance as the conductor of the orchestra.
