21/10/2025: Business lunch break with the daily menu for €18, including a first course, second course, and side dish. Each dish is carefully prepared and delicious, truly tasty, and beautifully presented in appropriate portions. The friendly staff were able to accommodate and accommodate the needs of a lactose intolerant guest (which isn't a given with the daily menu). An à la carte menu is also available. I'd gladly return.

12/10/2025: The food and staff were perfect, the place was small and noisy, but the quality of the food made up for these small flaws.

20/10/2025: A very beautiful place, both in terms of location, decor, and the restoration of the farmhouse. Excellent quality food, well-prepared, excellent service. We recommend expanding the menu and pricing. The zuppa inglese and parmesan from the appetizer platter are truly excellent.

22/08/2025: I've been going to Don Felipe for a couple of months, and every time I return, it's a confirmation. The staff is always friendly and attentive, welcoming you with a smile and making you feel at ease, even when the place is busy. You can tell they care about their customers, and that makes all the difference. The food is excellent: crispy and well-topped pizzas, with fresh, quality ingredients. The restaurant's dishes are also excellent, from tagliata to roasts, all well-cooked and served with care. The desserts? A real treat. The atmosphere is modern yet relaxed, perfect for both a quiet dinner and an evening with friends. Fair prices and generous portions. A place you'll want to return to.

14/06/2025: It's a special environment, with many references to rock and rock music in the background. The placemats are vinyl records. As for the menu, I ordered a risotto with porcini mushrooms, pepper and ginger. I don't have the words in my entire vocabulary to describe how good it was. In particular, the ginger and olive oil gave it that extra touch. The service was also courteous and attentive.

04/06/2025: In viaggio da Cremona a Brescia, DeGustibus si perde nella campagna cremonese e alfine, quasi per caso, si imbatte nell’Hostaria. Sempre per caso entra, saluta, si accomoda ed esce certo che mangiar bene si può ! Quel che ho preso non importa, potete prendere quel che volete dall’ampio menù alla carta ( un neo il menù di affari), e uscirete più che soddisfatti. Non è dietro casa ma si fanno viaggi per cause molto peggiori. Quindi tutti all’Hostaria San Carlo ad assaggiare una delle migliori cucine italiane. Naturalmente ad una cifra modica…

27/09/2025: A magnificent setting, the interior of the place is fantastic. It overlooks some of the city's iconic medieval buildings and churches, a feast for the eyes as you sip their excellent, perfectly drafted craft beers. The pinsa is delicious and a generous size. The staff are wonderful, kind, and so friendly, the service impeccable. I'll definitely visit them again on my next trip to Cremona :)

21/09/2025: We asked to be seated, a large group of people. The waiter set up a table for us, but there weren't enough seats. When we asked for more, we were literally told, "What the f...!"—not jokingly, but with an annoyed expression. Toward closing time, customers were practically left outside, with the lights off, and the staff staring at you from the front step with an annoyed expression. A friend of ours, who was sitting on the step with others, was practically asked to move, with the door roughly thrust into his back by the waiter. The word that best describes the atmosphere here is "annoyance": annoyance if you ask for more seats, annoyance if only a few people order on the second go-around, annoyance when closing time approaches. When that happens, you can easily change your job if people bother you that much. A terrible experience that we won't dare repeat.

06/07/2025: Menu sublime in una location da sogno. Davvero vale la pena visitare questa villa del 1900 in stile Liberty con lampadari meravigliosi e stanze affrescate. Il giardino è qualcosa di veramente unico. Curato nei minimi dettagli. Complimenti a tutto lo staff e allo chef al di sopra di qualsiasi aspettativa

29/06/2025: I got married in this Villa so the place is very beautiful the food is excellent except that in the contract therefore also establishing the price we had oysters in the buffet but in reality they never arrived and no one warned us they simply served scallops where the price is very different The service very helpful and polite except for one waiter who continued to rush us However overall it was beautiful I will definitely recommend it but paying attention to these things

Is this a punishment for those who go to a wine shop and don't order wine?! To apologize, they discounted our €2 off the €62 (!)

18/08/2025: We happened to pass this trattoria on the way from Verona to Parma and had lunch there. The vegetable starter plate, the risotto, and the pasta were excellent, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
