14/08/2025: Except for the sea of mosquitoes and the oppressive summer heat, the place was very charming and the prices were excellent for good German cuisine.

10/06/2025: I would like to point out that for us "atheists", going to PAI on Sunday morning for an aperitif is comparable to "believers" going to the Parish for the Eucharist. Just last Sunday I celebrated my 70th birthday and as usual Diego shared the event, not in a work context, but feeling involved in the true sense of the word. It must have been the extra glass or glasses I drank, but I was moved when at the end, thanking him, he replied: you are a friend and I behave like this with friends.

19/06/2025: After my second visit I can only recommend Tramezzo. Very nice and well-kept place, but above all clean. The services are also in exemplary conditions. The food is very good, the portions are more than adequate: they fill you up without being excessive and they are certainly not small. The staff is kind, professional and particularly refined in their manners. Try the sandwich n.100, it is delicious!

14/07/2025: Conosco questo ristorante e ci sono stata svariate volte. Ieri, in occasione di un compleanno, ci sono stata con la mia famiglia. Tutto ottimo, come sempre. Piatti squisiti, ben presentati e accostamenti di sapori non usuali. Personalmente, apprezzo molto il menù, con poche portate, ma molto curate e il fatto che, nel corso dell’anno, le proposte vengono cambiate spesso, anche per seguire la stagionalità dei prodotti. Il locale è piccolo e per questo tranquillo ed intimo. Il personale cortese, sempre sorridente e pronto a suggerire abbinamenti di vino in base alle ordinazioni. Da Giacomo è sempre una garanzia!

02/06/2025: In a sleepy and out-of-the-way village in the lower Po Valley like Pizzighettone, I would never have believed I would find such a refined restaurant. Chosen at random for its location under a portico sheltered from an already very hot sun, I found a welcoming environment and a cuisine with original land and river proposals (Pizzighettone is crossed by the Adda River). Nice choice of appetizers (agricultural frittata with giardiniera, chicken salad, small river carpione), exquisite first courses (lasagna with new nettles, risotto with asparagus from the lower Po Valley) and so on until the desserts, all beautiful and good, but among which a truly remarkable limoncello tiramisu stands out. Attentive and friendly service, the managers do everything to make you feel at ease and give you the best advice. Prices are a little high, as is right, for such high-quality cuisine. If you are passing through Pizzighettone... or maybe you go there on purpose!

25/05/2025: Wonderful little place! Top food and really friendly staff! I don't have photos of the dishes but everything was delicious. I ate punta ripiena with baked potatoes and polenta and my husband had casoncelli. In addition to being delicious, everything was digestible. I highly recommend it and I will return, but it's better to book first!

22/06/2025: I was in the area for work and stopped for lunch. Average place, work menu or pizza, so far so good. Old bread on the table, but oh well, maybe I was unlucky. Nothing to say about the first course. For the second course I had scallops with lemon and zucchini. The scallops were not exactly of the day, but oh well, let's make do with that too. The zucchini tasted of fish, I tried 2 and left the rest. I told the waitress, I didn't do the "all good all good" thing and then complains in the review. Nothing, she took it personally, making a face as if to say "well, if you say so..." Taken and taken away. All good, but if I make an observation like that, which obviously I don't do just to annoy you, you apologize and ask me if I want another plate or if I want something else. Or not? And instead I would have overlooked everything, but the reaction to my report really annoyed me. The price would also be normal: first course, second course, seafood side dish and coffee 14 euros per person.

13/06/2025: I have been to this restaurant and everything I ordered was definitely excellent, quality of ingredients and great ability in preparing the dishes bringing high-level things to the table. New place, extremely clean and beautiful atmosphere. It is not a cheap place, this one no, the prices are high. A lunch cost me €27.
