15/08/2025: The desserts are AMAZING!!! I'm addicted to Sancassani mini cannoncini!!! But, I'm sorry, I can no longer tolerate the disorganization, slowness, and attitude of some of the staff. Their inability to "change pace" when necessary (the line often extends outside...) is...annoying. I repeat, I say this with regret and in the owners' best interests, as I find the pastries EXCEPTIONAL!

06/09/2025: We chose this restaurant based on the Google Maps ratings, which are much better than others. The food is good, but the quantity is really minimal compared to the prices. The cover charge is €3 per person, and the cocktails are very expensive. They're playing on the city's touristy situation (and they're right).

18/08/2025: We had a fabulous wine tasting and lunch here. They had incredible charcuterie boards that were gluten free and fresh (you could watch them shave the meats) The wine collection was INCREDIBLE. Off the beaten path and def recommend!

15/08/2025: Discovered a wine bar by chance today. We really appreciated the location, the warm welcome, and the service. The products offered are simple and flavorful, and the wines are delicious. We had a great time away from the hustle and bustle of Bellagio. Thank you and all the best.

12/08/2025: Was looking forward to a relaxing night enjoying locals wines & produce. Service was terrible. The 3 staff there spent more time talking to each other than serving. We waited 20 minutes before someone approached us for our order. Even when we made it clear that we wanted to try a few wines, they appeared disinterested. So we left & found a restaurant that seemed much more appreciative of our custom.

11/08/2025: The wine selection is fantastic, and the lasagna is fantastic. We can both sample the wine and enjoy a bite to eat while sipping your favorite drink.

18/08/2025: We had lunch here this afternoon. The welcome was wonderful, and the manager and server spoke French. The manager gave us excellent advice on both the wine and the dishes (the recipes for which she got from her grandmother). We really enjoyed ourselves. Everything was truly perfect. I highly recommend it. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

01/08/2025: I had an overall unpleasant experience at this hotel for several reasons: 1. The room windows were not soundproof, and I was consistently woken up around 7:00 AM due to external noise. There was ongoing disturbance from tree cutting, which significantly disrupted the comfort and tranquility of my stay. 2. Some members of the concierge team tended to overcomplicate matters instead of resolving them efficiently. On several occasions, my requests were completely ignored over the phone. 3. I encountered rude behavior, particularly from the Front Desk Manager, who showed little professionalism or follow-through on her own suggestions. 4. Guests are not allowed to use an iron or ironing board in the room, which is highly inconvenient. Clothes must be sent to the laundry at an additional cost. When I did so, my items were returned with significant delay. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

22/08/2025: Outstanding and personalized experience. Great wine pairing (we even haven’t asked, but they have suggested), a great conversation with the chef and the sommelier and out of the ordinary service. Also reasonably priced for this kind of meal. We will come again.

07/08/2025: We visited the restaurant on 3.08.25. The view of the lake is very nice, the food was delicious. We didn't like the service: we were greeted by one waiter, the second one took our order (put the menu on the table and started offering us what to choose so that we wouldn't waste time leafing through the menu), the third one brought it and started persuading us to start eating quickly, otherwise it would get cold and then we would say that it wasn't tasty. Then the fourth and fifth ones came up and asked if we had finished eating, what we wanted for dessert, was it tasty? One of the waiters, pointing to an already empty plate, joked: "I see you didn't like it at all." We ordered dessert and ended up staying a little over an hour. A completely different waiter brought the bill, showed the receipt, leaned over and started explaining that service was not included in the bill and it would be nice to give the guys a tip. We gave a tip. However, we weren't able to sit there quietly.

05/09/2025: A typical restaurant where you can enjoy excellent fish dishes. The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and the setting elegant. However, the €32 tasting menu left us a little hungry: it doesn't feature actual pieces of fish, but rather a variety of dishes (crêpes, pâté, burgers, etc.), and the risotto could have been more generous with the fish. It's a shame, because this makes the value for money of this menu a bit mixed. I think it's better to choose a real dish.

16/08/2025: We booked for the evening of Ferragosto on the terrace, and unfortunately... a storm hit! The staff quickly resolved the issue, finding us a place indoors and managing to move us (and the other two couples affected by the bad weather) to other tables with a view as soon as possible. A charming place, efficient and meticulous service, and a dinner worth repeating. The waiter was extremely knowledgeable about both the flavor pairings and the wine. The lake appetizer, trout, and pizzoccheri were all delicious. 100% recommended.

15/08/2025: This is the best restaurant anywhere near Lake Como. Food/wine- incredible. Atmosphere/views- incredible. Service- incredible. A worker who answered the phone personally picked us up in Bellagio to take us to the restaurant because we missed the shuttle. Maybe the best restaurant I’ve ever been on vacation.

10/07/2025: Questo posto gode di una vista eccezionale sul lago di Como. Se pranzi in terrazza ti ritrovi sopra Bellagio godendo una vista unica. Penso che la vista sia nel conto finale non proprio economico. La cucina è curata, il servizio gentile e veloce, il menù non ampio ma sufficiente per gustare le specialità lariane. immancabile il risotto col pesce persico e i missoltini con la polenta. Il conto è risultato piuttosto caro considerando i piatti e che abituati ai conti dei ristoranti di Milano ci ha fatto pensare che la vista sia inclusa nel prezzo.

08/08/2025: A bit of a chaotic start, we were overlooked at first due to the crowd, but the staff apologized. Thankfully, things turned around quickly. The carbonara was absolutely outstanding, definitely the highlight of the meal! The risotto was very flavorful too. Service became fast and friendly. It was a bit noisy, and the lack of windows was a small downside, but overall a great spot by Lake Como. Be sure to book ahead!

21/08/2025: 30 min wait for 4 beers and a coffee when there is no one there... Inefficient service

20/08/2025: We were four people, sat down for breakfast and coffee, stayed for about 45 minutes – and then got slapped with a €14 charge just for sitting. Yes, you read that right: they charged us simply for occupying the table. The food and coffee were average at best, nothing to justify the price, and the whole experience left a very sour taste. This kind of practice is nothing but a tourist rip-off and a disgrace to hospitality. If you don’t want to feel cheated, avoid this place. There are plenty of honest cafés and restaurants around where you won’t be robbed for having a simple breakfast.
