23/08/2024: Conosco questo ristorante e il suo gestore/chef da più di 20 anni ormai e ci vado non meno di tre volte all’anno.
Ci sono stato con il mio nucleo famigliare di origine, con amici, da solo, in coppia con la mia compagna e ora, le ultime volte, anche col mio bambino.
Ristorante situato in una frazione alta di Ponte di Legno. Dotato di parcheggio riservato ai clienti (ci sono altri posti auto lì vicino se il parcheggio dovesse essere pieno).
Si entra in un’unica sala arredata con gusto semplice, ma caldo, dove si viene sempre accolti con cortesia dal personale preparato e professionale.
Il menù è stato rivisitato e fatto evolvere nel corso degli anni. Ho iniziato a sedermi a tavola in questo ristorante gustando piatti di montagna semplici e tipici e ora si possono ancora apprezzare le tipicità montane del luogo e non solo, ma con abbinamenti più ricercati e originali. Queste scelte di gusto nuove e accattivanti non snaturano per nulla la cucina di montagna. L’evoluzione è stata del tutto figlia di studio e appassionato lavoro ai fornelli che hanno prodotto la possibilità di gustare i sapori del luogo in modo più originale ed elevato.
I piatti risultano estremamente bilanciati e in essi si può riconoscere perfettamente il sapore di ingredienti e alimenti selezionati.
Gli impiattamenti sono sempre ben elaborati e gradevoli all’occhio.
Buona scelta di vini.
I prezzi sono totalmente nella media del settore enogastronomico in cui si colloca questo ristorante.
Lo consiglio per chiunque.

17/08/2024: Exceptional refreshment surrounded by greenery. Large internal and external space. It can be reached via chair lift or in an hour's walk from the Valbiolo chair lift car park. Nearby, the Gravity Bike Park and the Marmot Park. Great place for children and families.

20/08/2024: We may have had a bad time, but the service was VERY SLOW. We had to give up the seconds we initially ordered. The first courses were good, but two hours or more for the starter, first courses and second courses (with chips on the side which took half an hour) seemed excessive to me and we were not the only ones. 4 stars on trust!

13/08/2024: Nice place, you can eat both outdoors and indoors (in summer obviously), the former excellent and plentiful, the latter we haven't tried because the portions are truly enormous. The pizza is super stuffed but the pasta is not the best. The prices are really low.

14/08/2024: We had dinner in this restaurant with a last minute reservation and the staff immediately proved to be professional and attentive to our needs, agreeing to make some dishes off the menu to meet the needs of our daughter, who at the time of the review was just under two years.
The food is very good and the dishes are very varied, with different dishes of the day that arouse curiosity. These are not "classic" dishes, therefore the place is not recommended for those looking for traditional or typical cuisine, but highly recommended for those who want to experiment with some new flavors without necessarily having exotic ingredients or combinations.
The cost of the dinner was perfectly in line with the types of dishes, keeping in mind that we are talking about medium-high costs.
Even though we had a table near the kitchen and the entrance, we enjoyed dinner thanks to the staff's air of serene collaboration and their smiles.
Surely, if we come to Ponte di Legno again we will stop here.

16/03/2024: Have lunch with friends. A goulash, a vegan burger, polenta salami and grilled cheese, all excellent and served with generous rations, two medium sized ones, three waters and three coffees. Excellent value for money. Very nice location directly on the ski slopes.

Bella struttura moderna e luminosa.
Vasta scelta nelle pietanze e devo dire anche gustose (rispetto alla media dei rifugi sulle piste durante il giorno) .
Servizio veloce e bagni puliti (raro nelle location sciistiche).
Sono celiaca e ho trovato il menù estremamente chiaro in termini di allergeni con personale preparato e professionale (erano anche attrezzati con il pane senza glutine).
