15/04/2025: A very interesting place to relax with music and excellent views. There is a bar upstairs and a restaurant downstairs. Meals from the restaurant can also be ordered outside, but you have to go upstairs to get drinks in ski boots because the lady from the restaurant won't bring them :( - 1 star less for that! Large bombardini, good coffee, good lasagna (others rate it as excellent, but I've had better), nice views around and the location right next to a nice slope. It's a pity that you have to travel a long way from the pass. The toilet is downstairs next to the restaurant. Toilet clean.

23/03/2025: A ski lodge in Temù on the Roccolo Ventura slope, from which the two-story bar takes its name. The upstairs bar and panoramic outdoor terrace are located, while the downstairs self-service restaurant is located. The staff are very friendly and helpful, so one of the strong points of the place is the gluten-free menu available for celiacs. The prices are fairly average for the area, and the portions are generous, so it's a good value. We saw they sell a beer dedicated to Passo Del Tonale, but we haven't tried it yet (see photo).

28/06/2025: There are experiences that leave a mark. Mr. Diego's pastry shop is one of those businesses that - for better or for worse - do not go unnoticed. His FAME precedes him, the place is well-known, appreciated, recognized. Those who work in hospitality, and know its mechanisms, immediately recognize the value of a job done with their hands... and with their HEAD. And for this very reason, it made us THINK. Because when you find yourself judging the commitment of others, you need balance. You need empathy. We all have a family, we all get up early in the morning, we all deal with customers, suppliers and reviews. But excellence - the real kind - is not measured in a day, nor can you compare a business with twenty years of history with one that has just started walking. In our parts, when certain things happen, we confront each other. By voice. With courtesy. Maybe in front of a plate of fish, or with a glass in hand. Not to threaten - that's not our style - but to share. AND BELIEVE ME, when we share, we do it well: between US we talk, we listen, we tell. And when something STRIKES us – in one sense or another – it NEVER remains among a few. Then it happens that someone suggests: “Why don’t we all go and try this place? Maybe in spring, or even earlier.” And you understand how much one voice can weigh, among so many. And yet it doesn’t have to go that far. A number can be changed with a single gesture. Silent. Elegant. And there’s no need to talk about it at home, on the contrary: certain choices, made independently, even have the feel of maturity. Because a MAN who reviews a wrong decision, and CORRECTS it alone, shows more courage than those who cling to pride to avoid giving explanations. Here we are not asking for revenge. We are only asking not to HURT those who are trying to GROW, perhaps stumbling here and there, but always with their heads held high. And if one day there will be a way to really come and SEE YOU – in a GROUP, with enthusiasm, with ESTEEM – know that we will be READY to applaud your excellence… but only if the air is serene. Because where there is tension, we do not stop.

01/07/2025: This is the first time I come here in the summer and therefore it is not normal for me and I must say that the game dish with polenta was really excellent, good service and excellent structure. I highly recommend it

14/04/2025: Beautiful location on the slopes in a depression under the cable car from Ponte di Legno and under the road. Better to visit it in full season (I was at the end of March and it was already in the meadows...). Food ok, not memorable.

28/06/2025: I stopped by chance during a motorcycle ride. Friendly staff, refuge/restaurant type environment. Good food (especially the first courses) and generous portions. Fair price, considering that it is in the mountains at the Tonale pass. We will definitely be back.

18/05/2025: We came both for breakfast and for an aperitif, reading the past reviews I answer.. Expensive and not very substantial aperitif.. yes indeed compared to an aperitif in Milan that you would pay €15 per person I can also say that the aperitif is poor.. but we are talking about €5 for a prosecco not €15 as you would pay in Milan so in my opinion the price is worth what you find and I am not complaining.. Rude staff.. every time we have come I must say that the staff has been very friendly.. Super good and soft brioches and nice fresh squeezed juice For me as a place it is worth it!!

05/04/2025: Very spacious quadruple room, with double bed and bunk beds, large bathroom and balcony overlooking the main road, spacious and plenty of space to store suitcases, not to be underestimated. Absolutely largest room found in the various hotels visited. Impeccable cleaning service. 10 and praise. Very comfortable beds Rich breakfast especially in the dessert section, excellent pancakes. Decent buffet dinner and served meals, perhaps little choice between first and second courses, ok for us adults but little variety for the children even if on request they prepared schnitzel and chips and omelettes, delicious. Excellent room service by Ferdinando, professional but very friendly. He carries out his work with passion and dedication. Professional owners, a bit cold, did not trust customers or give advice on what there was to do or see. However, the service was impeccable. The structure is a little dated, but the rooms are renovated and accurate. You can feel that the building has a history, the managers have been ski instructors for generations, photos of Alberto Tomba everywhere who stayed here when he trained on the Presena. The strong point is the proximity to everything, super central, pharmacy opposite and a stone's throw from the ski rental (they have an agreement with By Maestri rental) and direct access from the rental to the Valena slope, night skiing twice a week (an experience to be had!) The wellness center didn't impress us but there are many facilities in the surrounding area with the possibility of access for external guests.p

Hermosas habitaciones, la mejor ubicación de spa - no puede superar sentarse en la bañera de hidromasaje al aire libre mirando hacia arriba a las hermosas montañas nevadas , sauna increíble y vistas a la piscina de chorro cubierta también ! Toques encantadores como fruta fresca, bocados de pastel y bebidas en la zona de spa. V fresco decoración alpina moderna. Cena gourmet de 4 platos incluida. Y la mejor ventaja es esquiar directamente por la puerta por la mañana antes del desayuno para ser el primero en pista virgen! Nos encantó, gracias!
