07/04/2026: For lovers of Spanish cuisine, we tried Galician octopus and Serrano ham, a good Patanegra burger, and paccheri with tomato, burrata, and Iberian prosciutto. In my opinion, this place has untapped potential in a lovely setting. The service was decent. A minor flaw was the chocolate cake, which arrived a bit too dry, and the dishes were a bit sparsely garnished. I recommend it, all washed down with a nice sangria.
07/04/2026: Family dinner, terrible service, 25 minutes for a chocolate cake that arrived overcooked and inedible. The sea bass fillet with "vegetables" was a handful of red cabbage, the burger was average, nothing special, the ham wasn't bad. The staff also deserves a thumbs-up: the man at the cash register doesn't understand the concepts of kindness and customer service, and the people in the dining room were distracted and poorly trained. I wouldn't recommend it.

09/07/2026: I don't recommend getting pizza here. The crust was completely burnt and the pizzas were completely wrong. We ordered two pizzas, one with spicy salami and cream, the other with brie, walnuts, and speck. When we got home, we opened the box and found the pizzas: ham and cream, and the other with zola, speck, and walnuts. They were all burnt and dry. They didn't get any of them right.

I recommend more attention from both the dining room and kitchen staff because initially I was served a gluten-free sandwich even though I had ordered gluten-free. Luckily, I noticed and had it changed.
25/07/2026: I'm also a pizza baker... so I take my hat off to the performance and especially the concept of Fermento. We were there for the first time today and enjoyed the delicious pizza. It was evening and there was a big rush for tables. One or two more servers would have been helpful. But who knows, maybe there were some last-minute sick calls or something... the staff who were there did their best. Very tasty! Thank you.

26/05/2026: DISHONEST AND RUDE!!! They tried to sell me the air fryer for €69 instead of €59. When I tried to speak, the sales assistant turned away and walked away, saying, "I have other things to do..."
I filed a complaint with their Customer Service, and they did respond, but they didn't even apologize!
19/04/2026: Last-minute essentials. There are some pretty good product categories. Some. The others are essential.

Impiattamenti discutibili,tipo scatoletta di acciughe nel piatto sull insalata, pizza immangiabile.

16/07/2023: Premete che abitualmente non dedico mai tempo alle recensioni … sono un cliente che da anni frequentava questa location ma troppi cambiamenti da varie gestioni non fidelizza il cliente abituale . Ad aprile siamo stati davvero molto bene con un ottimo servizio ed una buona qualità delle materie prime . Ieri sera un disastro unico …abbiamo cenato al buio perché non avevano lampade , pane e grissini non freschi , i risotti immangiabili e chi ha mangiato la pasta aveva lo stesso sapore del riso, ordiamo una bottiglia di saten e ci viene aperta dopo 20 min perché lo abbiamo chiesto altrimenti sarebbe rimasta lì nel cestello. Un ristorante così con solo due dolci improvvisati visto che mancava il pasticcere . Mi voglio limitare e fermarmi qua .!!spero che leggendo questa recensione chi di dovere capisca che non basta avere un bel locale …. Peccato ma non credo proprio che io e la mia compagnia torneremo di nuovo

25/04/2025: Siamo capitati col menù fisso, ci ha piacevolmente sorpresi. Porzioni giuste e sapori genuini, personale gentile, location incantevole. Tutto giusto, ci torneremo
22/04/2025: Pranzo di Pasqua, antipasti con affettati di qualità e secondi piuttosto buoni ma in quantità molto scarse. Primi piatti molto insipidi e senza sapore.
Abbiamo anche fatto richiesta al momento della prenotazione di essere posizionati al piano terra essendo con una persona disabile in carrozzina in modo da poter fare delle pause all’aperto tra un pasto e l’altro ma così non è stato dato che ci hanno posizionato al primo piano rendendo difficile la movimentazione.
Spazio esterno nulla di che.
A parità di prezzo c’è molto meglio in giro.
Sconsiglio non ci torneremo.
