He made me move seats three times and ultimately wouldn't even take my order unless I moved. Again...UNACCEPTABLE! NOT RECOMMENDED!
22/03/2026: The restaurant was tidy, clean, and very nice. The staff was really friendly and efficient.
The pizza was good, and the gluten-free options were excellent.

07/04/2026: Too expensive for the fish portions, Scialatielli did not arrive with the fish, 18 euros for a plate of octopus salad seems crazy to me, better at Allo Scugnizzo in Chiari where you eat very well.
24/03/2026: We were passing by on a Monday and found this pizzeria open. We had a great time, the pizza is good, and there are plenty of scenes. The Neapolitan fried foods are also good. Reasonable prices.

14/04/2026: I was passing through Montichiari and stopped for lunch at Trattoria dai Picchi. It's a long-established restaurant. The food is delicious, and the ingredients seem high-quality. The staff was very friendly, and I really appreciated the authentic atmosphere, just how I like it. If I have the opportunity again, I'll definitely return.

03/02/2026: We had lunch at this agriturismo, and the experience was overall pleasant. Parking is convenient and easily accessible, and the service is quick and well-organized. The agriturismo isn't very large, but it's welcoming and well-structured, even to accommodate large groups, which isn't always a given.
The staff was very kind and helpful, a real plus. As for the food, it wasn't bad, but honestly, I expected something more: I had a grilled dish, which was good but not memorable, while the grilled vegetables seemed a bit sparse and arranged carelessly.
A much-appreciated plus among the desserts was the selection of desserts designed for those with dairy intolerances, made with plant-based ingredients—a truly enjoyable, inclusive offering.
The price is average, neither high nor low, but fair for what's on offer.
In short, a nice place with good potential, which perhaps could really make a difference with a little more attention to detail on the menu.

18/08/2025: Discovered by chance, this ice cream shop stole my heart. So many flavors to choose from, some classics but others very original, all well-crafted and satisfying. Real fruit granitas, ice cream cakes, and the friendliness of the people who work there won me over. Excellent and professional. 👏👏👏👏 Congratulations. Highly recommended.

I found the atmosphere well-maintained... the staff courteous... My order arrived quickly, and despite it being a "simple" business lunch, I must say everything was well presented and excellent!... Fair prices... well... Absolutely recommended!

Crazy prices for average-to-low quality dishes and extremely slow and informal service.
Truffle-scented tagliolini cost €30, not even in high-end restaurants, and if I say scent, it's because it was the only tangible thing.
€200 for four with two dishes each?
It's still a "business lunch" restaurant.
Let's scale back a bit.
Is a customer even free to write a review without having to shoulder the burden of "four families who make a living from this job"?
I don't think being presumptuous and not admitting the mistakes the customer points out is the right choice.
A bottle of wine brought to the table ALREADY OPENED, without even letting me taste it.

in a restaurant that offers me a first course for €30?
No, that's not normal at all, I've never seen anything like that, not even in a pizzeria.
Spaghetti with seafood had a handful of capers and a handful of olives inside, which completely covered the flavor, and perhaps there's a reason for that.
The appetizers (3, not 4), by the way, were ALL THE SAME. They arrived cold despite the 30-minute wait that started AFTER ORDERING, of course, I emphasize this because I felt like I was speaking different languages at this point.
I'll conclude by saying that the dishes weren't returned because they were edible, but as with everything, everything has to be commensurate with the price, and then the castle collapses.

07/01/2026: End-of-year business dinner. The setting was probably a stable where they've repurposed the dining room and kitchen, highlighting the restaurant's history. Very charming and welcoming. The first courses were exceptional; the mixed grilled meats were varied and perfectly seasoned, but the meat was dry and overcooked, and I didn't find it tasty. This is the only time I've been to this restaurant, so it may just be an isolated incident. I'll reconsider on other occasions, but this was my experience.

09/04/2026: A small trattoria discovered "by chance," quite isolated in a small village, very beautiful. On-site parking, clean and comfortable atmosphere. A simple menu with authentic food, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value! I recommend it to anyone in the area; it's worth a stop!
