29/03/2026: We chose the Gaudio restaurant with the Gurmantico menu, and we can honestly say we made a great choice. We had a wonderful experience in every way. The food is excellent: high-quality ingredients, dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail, and truly refined presentation. You can clearly sense the passion and attention that goes into every course. Special praise also goes to the wait staff, who present the dishes with great professionalism and expertise, making the experience even more enjoyable. I have to be honest: the first impression upon arrival, especially regarding the exterior and parking lot, left us a bit perplexed from an aesthetic point of view. However, this impression was completely repaid once we sat down: the quality of the cuisine and the overall experience exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended

All this in a relaxed atmosphere that made for a pleasant evening. We were guided on a culinary journey where every dish was a reinterpretation and a surprise. Some dishes were perhaps a bit salty, perhaps we're used to more neutral fare. Recommended.
