07/08/2024: POS? This stranger Treviglio, August 2024. I go in to get a coffee cream and a glass of water. Everything is ok, the boy seems nice. I ask to pay by card and the complaints start. The boy claims that it doesn't work, I tell him clearly that I only have the phone, that I can pay with Satispay (which he clearly doesn't have) and I SHOW him THAT I DON'T HAVE A WALLET IN MY BAG (forget it). The boy becomes grumpy, takes out the POS linked to the phone, whose ID and password he doesn't remember so, meaning he's annoyed, he searches the cash register for a piece of paper with the details. In the meantime, from the 3.50 communicated before the neurotic scenes, I am informed of the new amount of 4 euros. I leave it alone because the boy seems anything but reasonable to me and that he kept the 50 cents. After an attempt - which was successful - the boy claims, annoyed again, that the payment was not successful. I showed him that the payment was successful (from the cell phone tracking), I thank him and say hello and of course his greeting is a snort. I would like to remind the dearest owner that now, under specific amounts, banks no longer charge the commission or you pay a monthly flat rate and that there are also valid alternatives (very convenient for traders) such as Satispay. And I remember, clearly, that the merchant who refuses to make people pay by card risks a fine. I wonder how a bar in the center of Treviglio can still continue in these conditions! I travel a lot for work and personally and now the credit card for a coffee is accepted EVERYWHERE in Italy.

04/08/2024: Not being able to pay for water and coffee with POS in 2024? Being asked to choose another bar next time? Bad.

03/08/2024: Small place, with not very functional furniture, a few tables outside, customer space greatly sacrificed in favor of a perhaps exaggerated multifunctional counter. Good quality but above average prices. Detached and very unempathetic staff, inattentive on various occasions unfortunately. Having also seen other reviews, perhaps it would be appropriate to make some changes. It's a shame because initially there was some potential.

10/05/2024: Exquisite breakfast, organized and well-calibrated room, delicious Illy coffee, high-level pastry products. I really appreciated the efficiency of the relationship with customers. Excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended!

16/04/2024: Nice people, good at working. I'm not from Treviglio, but if I pass by, I'm always happy to stop.

20/06/2024: Terrible experience! Rude and cold staff. The only decent thing is the central location. Not recommended!!!!
