28/02/2026: The coffee wasn't bad, but the croissants left something to be desired. Not to mention the girls who talked and chatted loudly, laughing and joking without realizing they were bothering the customers... the last time we had an aperitif, the girl asked us if we wanted some chips, and when we said yes, she put 3 miserable chips on our tray, which were obviously leftovers, squashed and eaten with a spoon. €5 for 1 prosecco, but oh well.

03/06/2026: This is my first time shopping at Italmark. I didn't know you had to get a membership to take advantage of the offers...but the prices are average.

14/07/2026: Every time I go to the mc and look at the order, something is always missing, and if you point it out to them, they get pissed off too.

26/12/2025: Honestly, the food is low-quality and not cared for at all. I've been to several sushi places and I have to say this is the worst. My daughter's udon noodles were, to say the least, tasteless and tasted like they'd been reheated in a bad way! I won't be returning and I honestly don't recommend it. There are several sushi places in the area that are worth it.

18/06/2026: Two spritzes and a stale, flat Franciacorta for €30. Avoid this place. Personally, I'm rude. They argue, and you can hear shouting and swearing from the place. Terrible experience.

01/03/2026: I came here and bought a special cake, Km0... I have to admit I was surprised: it's the most delicious. The café is large, clean, and comfortable, and located in the city center. I hope to come back because it's worth it, and I'd love to have breakfast here sometime.

18/04/2026: Terrible service, I wanted to eat some food and the table was all dirty with food, we asked them to clean it and they cleaned it rudely throwing the food that was on the table on the floor.

04/07/2026: The experience that happened to me yesterday, July 3, 2026, was my brother and I. He was pointing to which empty tub he wanted, when the probably rudest lady in the place arrived. She aggressively approached us and started speaking to us in English, even though I spoke English. It was clearly clear we were locals, but she aggressively told us not to touch anything, speaking in English, just to feel superior. The only thing I did was tell her, "Look, we speak Italian." She replied, "Then don't touch." I just looked at her, without replying; it was already my turn, I took my order, and left without taking anything. Rude. I went to the nearby Brina gelateria, which had much better gelato and quality, and there was even more selection. Reading other reviews about this rude lady, I'm not the first to confirm this. Go to Brina, which is around the corner; it's better and they're polite.

23/06/2026: Rudeness, high prices (two croissants and two juices, no table service) €14.50. A free gift (the young man in the Mini who works inside) almost ran over us for parking sideways in the crosswalk, a rather questionable maneuver. We still wanted to sit down and eat, but I stand by the reviews I'd read previously.
