Good pastry shop. Small but nice bar with both indoor and outdoor seating.

I read the latest reviews before writing mine, and I have to say, I started to suspect I'd gone somewhere else, so different was my experience from that of the last few reviewers. I checked again, and it was exactly the same. I don't know if we were lucky, or if they recently changed staff, but the two ladies at the counter on Tuesday evening were courteous and kind, even more so than usual, if I'm being honest. There's no table service, but you can sit outside, and one of the ladies kindly brought us a napkin holder that was missing from our table. Comments on the number of flavors available are highly subjective. I think the twenty or so (approximately, I didn't count) offered are more than enough; I usually go to ice cream shops that have even fewer, and I'm generally wary of places (including restaurants) with endless menus. The gelato was good in my opinion; it had flavor, was nice and creamy, and seemed made with quality ingredients. The cone was also excellent. Tastes are different and opinions vary, but when it comes to service, based on my personal experience, I'd happily give this place a thumbs up.
