The quality-price ratio is the same at all locations. The environment is clean and well-maintained. I found the restrooms to be clean. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and polite.

The place wasn't very clean. Too noisy. They delivered the wrong food, and despite the receipt detailing the order, they went to great lengths to change it and bring us the correct items.

Top, excellent management compared to many other franchises, attention to cleanliness, and friendly staff make it an excellent calling card. I don't go there often, but periodically, and it's become one of the few immediate choices I think of when I don't feel like going home to eat. All this with the company of my wife and daughter. ☆☆☆☆

20/11/2025: The right place for an aperitif. A walk around Lovere doesn't take long and it's important to find a place to rest and prepare for lunch or dinner. This is the perfect place to do that. You can certainly have a snack, but enjoying an aperitif, coffee, sun and view is priceless.

27/11/2025: I stopped by Bar Moon in Castel Rozzone for breakfast by chance, and it was a fantastic discovery! The atmosphere is very pleasant, well-kept, and welcoming; the service is excellent, and you can immediately sense the attention to the ingredients, which are truly top-quality. A special mention goes to Rachele, the barista: exceptional, friendly, and personable, she makes you feel like you're having breakfast at her home. A rare professionalism combined with a genuine smile that puts you in a good mood. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
