19/05/2024: Pessima esperienza! Cameriere maleducate e senza alcuna attenzione al cliente! Chiedo gentilmente una brioche al cacao sottolineo che assolutamente non contenga nutella data la mia allergia alle nocciole. Mi arriva una brioche al cioccolato con sopra crema (ovviamente nutella) coperta da gocce di cioccolato, dico alla cameriera che ho espressamente chiesto una brioche al cacao e non alla nutella, lei chiede ad una sua collega e poi mi restituisce la stessa brioche dicendomi questa non ha nutella! a quel punto la apro a metà e chiedo a mio marito di assaggiare la crema che era ovviamente visibile essere alle nocciole e mi conferma che è come pensavo. Vado al bancone dicendo che avevo chiesto una brioche al cacao ma non sono stata ascoltata , hanno farfugliato qualcosa tra di loro e nulla!. Alla cassa pensavo mi stornassero la brioche ovviamente non consumata e invece me l’hanno fatta pagare. Sono stata in silenzio esclusivamente per non far polemica davanti ai miei figli. Ma davvero una vergogna! Si vede subito quando qualcuno svolge il proprio lavoro di malavoglia ed è veramente un peccato.

16/08/2024: We enjoyed an exceptional meal as a family in this beautiful establishment. Access is easy from Bergamo and the restaurant has ample parking. The quality of the dishes and the service is excellent, the chef and his team do a remarkable job. Ristorante Abbazia is a great place to discover.

11/08/2024: We stopped while visiting the area. Our disappointment came from different reasons 1) menus badly translated, we ordered a steak, it came as a tartare. 2) we ordered a salad that was never delivered 3) scalopine were rather bland 4) service was so so, how can you forget to deliver a dish when there are only 5 tables being served? It was on a Sunday, not that many open restaurants around, but not to be repeated
