22/04/2024: Dinner with friends with a Gourmantic menu: beautiful and scenic location with adjacent parking. Classy hospitality as well as the interior spaces and the room with the beautiful window overlooking the panorama below. The round and spacious tables are beautiful. The service was truly impeccable. The classic French method bubbles were much appreciated and accompanied us until dessert with glasses always promptly filled, which is not to be taken for granted. Coming to the food, the opinion becomes so-so, we all appreciated the focaccias and the amuse-bouche, but the sausage and broccoli cappuccino was more spectacular than anything else and the pasta and potatoes with prawn bisque rather bland. The crispy pork and dessert were a little better, however in the end we were all a little disappointed. Perhaps something was missing with higher quality raw materials. The evening was overall very pleasant as was the sober final greeting from the chef in the dining room.
