10/07/2026: The atmosphere is charming and tidy, enhanced by the large fireplace in the main room where the expert Julio cooks the meats. The service is excellent: we were welcomed immediately and seated, always prompt and attentive (the only small flaw: a few more smiles wouldn't hurt!).
Let's move on to the food: we started with an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses for two, which, unfortunately, didn't wow me; they were good, but they didn't strike me as artisanal. The real highlight, and the main reason we came, however, was the meat! We ordered a T-bone (Florentine steak) for two, weighing about a kilo: perfectly cooked rare, perfectly red in the center, incredibly tender and juicy on the palate. Truly excellent! We were pleasantly surprised. Congratulations!

28/09/2023: Colazione abbondante ,cena abbastanza buona menù anche per persone intolleranti,forse unica pecca menù un po' ristretto
14/08/2023: Il giorno del nostro arrivo a Perugia abbiamo deciso di cenare in hotel per non rimetterci in auto. La sala ristorante è ampia e luminosa, adatta volendo anche a banchetti e cerimonie. Cortese il personale di sala, buona la scelta nel menu. Abbiamo condiviso un antipasto tipico ed un dolce e preso un primo a testa. Le penne alla Norcina sono preferibili alla pasta con gamberi e zucchine, gli elementi sono un po' meno amalgamati tra di loro. Tutto però gustoso. Un po più caro del previsto a mio giudizio il conto considerando che siamo 3 kms fuori dal centro città.
