04/02/2025: An enchanting location with staff with very refined manners. The walls and shelves will bring back memories of many of Zanetti's footballing achievements (at the entrance there is a huge display of his sports shoes). The quality of the food is really high, there is a wide range of wines to choose from. A walk in the neighborhood is also recommended, one of the most historic in Milan.

09/02/2025: I must admit that despite the high ratings on Google and Tripadvisor I was a bit skeptical at first... but I align myself with the positive things I read and I can say that I found everything excellent! Although appearances (the location is very simple and unpretentious) can be deceiving, the meat is REALLY good, as are the starters, the caipirinha maracuja and the pineapple (included in the menu) at the end of the meal. I add particular praise to the service: they are truly super kind and helpful. The times aren't very fast (it's not a fast food restaurant, so to speak) but no one has ever rushed us and you can rest assured that - if you're hungry - you'll have plenty of food (they even suggested we start from scratch with the skewers after 7 rounds of meat... and despite the goodness and my inexhaustible appetite, I assure you that it was impossible to continue!)... Ultimately, if you want to spend an unhurried evening with friends, with good food and warm, welcoming and familiar service, this is definitely the right place! Advised!

09/02/2025: There are places that, more than simple restaurants, become a sort of second home. This is one of those. Although I am not a meat lover, I come back here for the welcoming atmosphere, the warmth of the service and the quality of the food, which is always a guarantee. The cocktails are also worth it!

28/01/2025: Small but good quality-price Chinese restaurant. My favorite dish is Combinado, a mix of rice and noodles with chicken and vegetables, a super dish for €8 with a drink included. Prices vary from €8 up! Try the Combinado!!! You can eat on site and outside! The food ranges from Chinese to South American!! Everything must be delicious, the place is always full!!

Avevo una gran voglia di una serata diversa coi miei amici e di sperimentare la cucina sudamericana ma al mio arrivo ho trovato un ambiente carino con dei colori vivaci che vengono poi spenti dal personale, coi musi lunghi da inizio a fine servizio. Non c’è accoglienza, non si presta attenzione al servizio dando seguito alle richieste dei clienti ma si pensa solo a monetizzare il più possibile e il fatto che non solo io ma anche i miei amici ce ne siamo resi conto, la fa capire lunga sul trattamento ricevuto. La cucina fa il suo ma purtroppo le pietanze vengono rovinate da chi le presenta. Che delusione!

21/02/2025: Good food based on white and red meats, excellent pineapple cooked with cinnamon. The anteroom which acts as an aviary for some parrots is very beautiful and, it's true, meat costs €€

28/01/2025: Very nice and modern restaurant, a friend of mine recommended this place to me and I am really satisfied, the sushi is fresh made immediately and is very good, I also tried their specialties and they really impressed me, I highly recommend!

12/01/2025: I have known Batukada for several years and I always enjoy it very much. The dishes are all good, now I take advice from the staff instead of looking at the menu. Excellent original Brazilian caipirinha. Definitely recommended, both for dinners as a couple and for small groups. A beautiful place with simple but elegant furnishings, well lit; in my opinion an excellent compromise between the good location in the modern Porta Nuova/Garibaldi area. The quality, the service and the price are to be appreciated, which still remains correct compared to many other sushi places in Milan which do not offer the same quality but which are excessively expensive.
