Excellent restaurant for trying typical Peruvian dishes! The portions are generous and the place is very nice. I highly recommend trying it! :)

The best rotisserie chicken in Milan! This restaurant was recommended to me, and honestly, the chicken is the closest thing I've found to rotisserie chicken in Lima.
I only tried the chicken; I'll be back to try other dishes.

Excellent for sampling Latin cuisine. There's always some kind of party going on, keeping dinners fun and lively. The dishes are very good and beautifully presented. Prices are a bit high, but it's worth it.

We ate the chicken q la brasa which was very juicy and tasty, one thing I didn't like was that inside the chicken it wasn't cooked well, you could see the red blood

If you're craving authentic Peruvian cuisine, this is definitely one of the best places in Milan. The dishes are truly delicious and prepared with great care: the quality is evident, and the price is absolutely justified. Kudos to the chef, who does an excellent job!
The staff is always kind, respectful, and attentive, and I always enjoy returning. I also find it really cute that they celebrate birthdays by singing "Happy Birthday"—it creates a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere.
The only downside is that the place is almost always full, a sign of its success. As a result, the tables are very close together, there's little room to move around, and when it's crowded, the noise can become quite intense, making it difficult to have a peaceful conversation.
Despite this, I still consider it one of the best Peruvian Creole restaurants in Milan and recommend it without hesitation. 🇵🇪🍽️

During my visit to Milan as a tourist, I love taking the opportunity to explore Peruvian cuisine, and discovering Hornero restaurant was a wonderful experience.
It's a spacious and inviting Peruvian restaurant. From the moment you step inside, you feel transported to Peru through its flavors, aromas, and welcoming atmosphere.
The food is simply exquisite. We tried the set menu and found it to be an excellent option for its quality-price ratio. For 18 euros, it includes an appetizer, main course, bread, chili peppers, sauces, coffee, and delicious toasted corn kernels. Everything was beautifully prepared, with that authentic flavor that those of us who are far from our country miss so much.
I especially want to highlight the service. The waiters are wonderful, friendly, and attentive. You feel truly welcome and at home from the very first moment.
I congratulate the entire Hornero team for keeping Peruvian cuisine alive with such quality, professionalism, and care, and that includes, first and foremost, the kitchen staff. Without a doubt, it's a place I would return to and that I recommend to those who want to enjoy an authentic Peruvian experience in Milan.

The place is truly beautiful and very large. The concept reminded me a bit of the Old Wild West style, although, in my opinion, the interior doesn't really reflect Peruvian identity and style. That said, I definitely consider it one of the top 10 Peruvian restaurants in Italy.
The portions are generous, and the owner was very kind. We arrived almost by chance, because I had come from Parma to pick up my girlfriend at Linate Airport, and we arrived almost at closing time. There was a small misunderstanding at first, because they thought we wanted to order takeout, but in the end they let us eat at the table anyway. I really appreciated that, because they were really helpful and kind.
I ordered a mixed chaufa, which was very generous. It was good, although I thought it tasted a bit too homey compared to other chaufa I've tried, which I personally preferred. Still, it was fine; it was pleasant. The braised chicken, on the other hand, was very good, no complaints there.
The waitress was also very helpful, and the bathroom was well-appointed and well-maintained, which isn't always a given.
It's definitely a go-to spot in Milan for those seeking Peruvian cuisine, both for the size of the place and, above all, for the kindness of the staff.
