El Idolo 2 In Milano

Like visiting a friend's house! The staff were truly welcoming, and so friendly and helpful. We tried various versions of the plantains and other delicacies: cazuela, seafood soup, and rice with seafood... Everything was delicious! We had a 4-year-old with us, and she had the tenderest chicken cutlet! They have live music on Saturday, but we asked to dine in the quieter room because the music was really loud. I highly recommend trying it!

Maybe a little more kindness and politeness, sometimes it seems like they're 😠 angry, not all of them obviously. It's just constructive criticism, guys. Otherwise, everything else is fine.

Welcoming atmosphere, excellent quality food.

I visited El Idómero because I'd seen so many great reviews. I went to buy rice with beans and meat to go. The staff was incredibly friendly, even though they were busy with orders. They never treated me badly or made me wait too long. The place was spectacular; it felt like home, especially for those of us who are far from our beautiful Ecuador. The employees were also very attentive and eager to work, which is truly admirable because not everyone greets you with such positive energy. In the end, it met all my expectations, and even though it was far from where I live, I would go back a thousand times because it's 100% worth it. I highly recommend this place so you can experience a bit of Ecuador, because they even show the news, and both the à la carte dishes and the traditional ones, as well as the sweets, are fantastic.

I don't recommend the granizado made outside, for €5 it wasn't even good. The guy outside making the granizado is rude and shows off.

Aside from the chaos because there were so many people, the food was good and we'll definitely be back. The staff serving us was also friendly.

We came today for Mother's Day, so the place was packed and there was a really long line. There were six of us with a six-month-old baby. Initially, four of us arrived while the other two were arriving. They didn't want to let us in right away because we all had to be present. Luckily, a gentleman named Caputo, if I remember correctly, was very helpful and took the time to talk to the owner, allowing us to sit down. Once we got in, however, the experience was very positive: despite the place being packed, the food arrived quickly, everything was good, and everything was well-served. The wait staff was also kind and helpful throughout the meal. Overall, we were satisfied. There were some initial difficulties organizing the entrance, but we made up for it thanks to the helpfulness of the staff. I would gladly return.
