29/07/2024: I discovered Peruvian cuisine almost 15 years ago, thanks to this rotisserie. At the time I was working in an office in the S. Paolo area and I often found myself passing by this small, not very large but suggestive and brightly colored place. Over the years I have eaten here or purchased takeaway several times and have always been satisfied. The chicken a la brasa is exquisite, tasty and spiced just right, well roasted on the outside but inside the meat still remains moist and juicy, even the breast meat is never stringy. If you want a whole chicken it is advisable to reserve it because the demand is considerable and could end. The breading of the broaster chicken has a perfect crunch, a dry fry that is never heavy. The various accompanying sauces (also available for takeaway) and the side salad enrich the dish and provide that pleasant contrast that refreshes the palate. The chicharron is also excellent, not recommended for those on a diet but delicious, it melts in your mouth! The meal can be accompanied by the classic incacola (typical non-alcoholic drink very similar, both aesthetically and in terms of taste, to our cedrata) or you can opt for a decent craft beer. The typical desserts that complete the menu are also appreciable. Friendly staff, quick service, reasonable prices.

29/08/2024: Perfect!. We have been there three times, the last of which was tonight. Excellent starters, excellent meat, excellent pizza... I would have given the food a 5 but they have a flaw that I hope they improve because it's a real shame. The sweets. They offer us a tiramisu and I expect that. A semifreddo arrives still half frozen and in its supermarket-like tray. A flaw considering the place and everything else. It wasn't even good... For the rest highly recommended!!!!

29/08/2024: Booked at 8.45pm, seated at 8.46pm, order taken at 9.30pm.. the drinks arrived at 10.15pm, the food at 10.40pm. I ordered a rare entrecote…. They were very good: they only cooked part of it (the entrecote was a thick steak, no more than 5 mm) I absolutely don't recommend it The price is really expensive Never mind the service: when asked can you have a steak knife, the answer is in the native language “chissi avimu” Good luck
