16/02/2026: If I could, I'd give it 10 stars. We were truly satisfied. The fish was incredibly fresh; we ordered the cod fritters, and the fried fish was light and dry, perfectly crispy, and not at all greasy. You can taste the care and attention paid to the ingredients. The staff was kind and helpful, and the place was clean and tidy. There's a simple, authentic atmosphere that makes you want to return.

26/10/2025: A fantastic discovery. I went there for dinner yesterday for the first time and will definitely be back. Wonderful dishes prepared with top-quality seasonal ingredients. Honorable mention goes to the gnocchi with parmesan cream and truffle. The wine list is also excellent and extensive. The staff, led by Massimiliano and Marianna, is friendly, polite, and always attentive to their guests' needs...they make you feel welcome...

01/02/2026: We tried this little restaurant, which seemed typical of the area, and were generally satisfied. The menu wasn't as extensive as the one we found online. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow, even though it was 7:30, with us and two other tables. The appetizer platter with fried gnocco was very salty, and the polenta was not very good (which we asked for). The cured meats deserve praise, very good and fresh, as were the cheeses with honey, which were also appreciated. Unfortunately, the giardiniera wasn't great, and finally, the grilled vegetables (our addition) were decent. For starters, the sottobosco (woodland pasta), spaghetti with chestnut flour (which you barely tasted), and mushrooms with melted Silter cheese were good, but unfortunately, I had to keep digesting them all evening because when people came in, a cold breeze blew in, which probably didn't help my digestion. My boyfriend had the same problem with his grandmother's casonsei (pasta with a lot of sauce). Overall, a pleasant evening, generous dishes. We spent €62.

07/01/2026: I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant on New Year's Eve. The offer included a limited selection of dishes from the à la carte menu. I tried the mixed seafood appetizer, which was essentially delicate and not overly elaborate. For my main course, I tried their pizza, made with a multigrain flour dough and spiny black corn from the Camonica Valley. The "Il Maialino Infuocato" was excellent! If you like spicy food, I recommend choosing the medium spicy Tezza, as I, quite recklessly, ordered the high level, but it was far too spicy and ended up covering the flavor!

17/09/2025: An elegant hotel located in a quiet and relaxing area of ​​Varazze. The rooms are a bit small but clean and tidy. I personally didn't try the restaurant, but the breakfast was sufficiently varied with good-quality products. The staff was very attentive and thoughtful, and I especially want to compliment the receptionist, Denisa, who absolutely excels in terms of hospitality and professionalism.

24/11/2025: Always a guarantee!! As soon as we arrive in Varazze it's our first stop, the staff is always super friendly and the aperitifs are TOP.

13/11/2025: We came for an aperitif in the evening and were so pleased we returned for breakfast the next day. For aperitif, we had a non-alcoholic spritz and two stuffed focaccias. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the young woman who served us was very kind. The price and quality of the products were excellent. If we return to Varazze, this will be our go-to bar. ☺️ Thank you!

15/01/2026: Bro, this place is absolutely amazing. We arrived 15 minutes before closing time and got a platter of baked goods and a few bags of chips for free with our drinks. They probably only gave out the food because it would otherwise be thrown away, but still, it was fantastic.

23/02/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were immediately struck by the "non-menu"—the sea decides based on the catch. Basically, only fresh fish. Fixed menu. Luckily, they still had room outside. It was a gorgeous day and the fish was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. Recommended, and we'll definitely return.

06/01/2026: Don't miss the Pesce Panzano tasting menu, which will make you dream. The seafood is freshly caught, and the menu varies daily depending on the catch. A unique experience overlooking the Varazze harbor.
