11/06/2026: I wanted to eat some good fish, and we ended up here. We were very satisfied. The fish was excellent, the staff were lovely, the atmosphere small and cozy. The mussels were superb.

12/07/2026: The host is the best and the service is very attentive! We had seafood and raw fish, and everything was exceptionally fresh! We also had an excellent antipasto, a Ligurian specialty with salt cod and potatoes – simply wonderful!

05/06/2026: A quaint location, the mixed fried fish was good, but the Ligurian-style sea bass was truly spectacular!! And to finish, a truly unique dessert... "chinotto semifreddo." A truly positive experience... we recommend it.

08/06/2026: After reading the reviews and then eating there, we were a bit disappointed. The service was very hectic, even though the inside dining room was half-empty and the outside was packed. The food was good, but nothing special; considering it's a Michelin-starred restaurant, we expected a bit more. Some dishes lacked flavor, and the portions were decidedly small for the price. The ingredients, however, were excellent; the 3 stars are for that alone. We ordered two glasses of wine; one, alas, had lost its flavor, probably because it had been open for a while; definitely my fault for not mentioning it. The waitresses were friendly. If I returned to Pietra Ligure, I would definitely choose something else.

06/08/2026: We stopped for lunch with friends on Sunday, July 26th. The food was good and the service was average. The problem arose shortly after lunch. A friend of mine and I, who had both ordered tuna cooked with sesame seeds, began experiencing the same symptoms within about an hour: severe facial flushing, headache, and bouts of diarrhea. The symptoms were consistent with scombroid syndrome, a reaction that can occur especially with tuna when it hasn't been optimally preserved. We called the restaurant to report the incident, but the response was rather hasty and unhelpful: we were told, almost annoyed, that we were the only ones who had reported the problem. They didn't even apologize.

22/07/2026: Tourist trap. Measly portions and expensive for what they serve. You can't bring me Ligurian-style rabbit—which you charge a whopping €17—a plate with potatoes and a paltry little bowl (which only takes up 1/4 of the plate) with four pieces of rabbit ribs where there's almost no meat. Even the first courses were small. Go elsewhere!!!

19/07/2026: It was a muggy day, and the fans weren't enough. The scorching heat was enough to make us leave without even eating... But the dishes served were truly excellent and exceeded our expectations. The price was also fair for the quality and quantity of the food.

01/08/2026: Very good focaccia, they have a wide variety of focaccias and they're always making new ones. I recommend the cheese-filled focaccia and the onion focaccia.

16/07/2026: My friends and I came in for a quick snack and left with 13 focaccias! They were spectacular, truly among the best we've ever had. I highly recommend it!

Every detail creates an atmosphere that is entertaining and welcoming. The outdoor is great too with their huge white umbrella, elegant furniture and the magic atmosphere of the piazza all around the restaurant. The food is outstanding, especially if you appreciate exceptional meat. In our opinion, it’s the only place in Pietra Ligure where you can enjoy such unique meat dishes. The selection of wines and premium spirits is equally impressive and perfectly complements the menu. What makes the experience even more special is the genuine hospitality of the family who owns this magic restaurant and their team. They make every guest feel comfortable and truly welcome from the moment you arrive. Pampa Brasserie is a place created with passion, character, and great attention to detail. We had wonderful dinners here, thoroughly enjoyed every dish we tried, and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

09/08/2026: We were delighted to have dined at Il Vecchio Cuoco! We received a very warm welcome from the owner, and the waitresses were also very friendly and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the seafood risotto, which was very flavorful and paired with an excellent Riesling. A truly wonderful restaurant that we highly recommend and where we will gladly return! 😊

24/05/2026: A true haven of peace, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The atmosphere is romantic and intimate, perfect for savoring cuisine that borders on perfection. The risotto della mare is pure enchantment: creamy, fragrant, and remarkably delicate. The homemade ravioli with sage and rosemary are an absolute delight, delicate and perfectly balanced. The appetizers immediately set the tone: • squid and cod served with tapenade toasts, • a succulent tuna tartare, impeccably fresh. Even the bread and focaccia deserve a mention for their deliciousness. The service is impeccable, attentive, and friendly, without ever being intrusive. An address well worth the detour, and one I recommend without hesitation. ---

26/01/2026: I had such a lovely two-night stay here. You can really tell the staff takes pride in caring for both the hotel and the property. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. My king room was cozy, spotless, and beautifully comfortable. The coffee was genuinely delicious. The fireplace being on all the time gave the whole place a warm, lodge vibe. I also really enjoyed sitting outside my room at the little table connected to it. Such a peaceful touch. I’d happily stay here again.

06/06/2026: The pizza is excellent, and the Fugassin are spectacular... I've been back after almost 20 years, and everything is still delicious. The only small drawback is that they don't offer table service, but their food is worth trying... Believe me.

28/07/2026: Positive experience regarding the food. In our opinion, the wait was excessive. The appetizer of raw scampi and grilled goat was excellent, but the portions were just right. We frequent Michelin-starred restaurants, and portions like that are usually only allowed in tasting menus, not when ordering à la carte. Very attentive service.
