09/09/2025: I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday. I should point out that I'm from out of the region, but they still accommodated my requests completely. The staff and owner are incredibly kind... and the home delivery is a plus. I recommend everyone stop by; you won't regret it.

04/09/2025: I went to Pietra Ligure because I'd heard rave about this creamery, and I must say I enjoyed the best gelato I've ever had in all of Liguria, and beyond. I can assure you, I have extensive experience in the industry: they use high-quality artisanal, non-industrial products. I also recommend the granita: absolutely phenomenal! The place is very clean and tidy, with an excellent selection of gelatos made daily. Speaking highly of Martina and Vittorio, the two young people who run this gelato shop with passion and kindness. I highly recommend it! A must-try.

26/10/2025: We definitely recommend Locanda Nelli for its carefully prepared, delicious dishes, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We chose the duck breast, tagliolini, and sea bass: everything was delicious. Even the dessert, freshly prepared by the owner, was very friendly and helpful, and she even accommodated our extra cravings, which weren't on the menu. The service was professional and friendly. We'll take a special memory of this delicious dinner back to Lake Garda with us.

While the ranch’s history is captivating, it’s the people who make this place truly stand out. Every single staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, super nice, and genuinely warm. They didn’t just process me; they took time to explain everything about the hotel, from the amenities available to the unique history of the location, making me feel instantly welcomed and valued. ​This level of dedication was demonstrated in small but crucial ways. For example, upon receiving my key card, a staff member proactively walked all the way to my room with me to make sure the door key worked perfectly on the first try. This kind of proactive service and attention to detail—making sure the guest is settled immediately—is a rare and remarkable trait. They were so personable that they even happily let me take a picture with them—a true sign of their open and welcoming spirit. Every staff member I met here was friendly and super nice. ​Beyond the extraordinary staff, the accommodations were equally fantastic. The room was very clean and exceptionally comfortable, making for a truly relaxing and great experience. 06/11/2025: What a charming and enchanting boutique hotel! It's quaint and rustic, yet still offers wonderful amenities. The lobby is filled with pieces of its history, and with the fireplace crackling, it felt like the perfect place to curl up with a good book and a glass of wine. Each evening, we looked forward to returning to enjoy the outdoor campfire with other guests and S'mores--such a special touch. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they even walked us to our room and made sure we had all the information we needed about breakfast and morning coffee. You can tell they truly care about the details. The continental breakfast was surprisingly delightful, with a nice balance of fruit, protein, and carbs--and the coffee was genuinely good! It made for a perfect start before heading into the park to hike. The location is ideal too--only about 20 minutes from the South gate of Yosemite. The rooms are on the cozy side, but they had everything we needed. They were very clean, comfortable and inviting. Honestly, the only downside was having to leave and fly home. This place feels like a little special secret, and I absolutely cannot wait to return!

07/10/2025: It's a very nice and traditional restaurant. The staff are very friendly and cheerful. We had fish, and it was truly delicious. You can chat with the staff in Italian or English. In addition to the delicious food, there are also many different wines to choose from.

14/10/2025: A simple pizzeria, as you'd imagine in Italy. There's an order and pick-up counter, and the tables are set up under umbrellas in front of the building. The menu is displayed on the tables, and you order at the counter. The food is incredibly delicious and even reasonably priced. You simply have to try it. Since it's a self-service option, the service rating is difficult to assess. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is top-notch!

12/10/2025: We were here in September 2025; the weather was nice, and being outside was a pleasure. We ate Fugassin and two pizzas. The place is very popular, especially with locals. There's no indoor seating, and the tables are set out on the square in front of the place. Drinks can be taken directly from the fridge. You're served upon request when the food is ready. The Fugassin was good, and the pizzas were average. When a Fugassin fell onto the display between the people and the fryer, and the display wasn't exactly clean (you put your hands and money on it, etc.), the waiter promptly replaced it for us, even putting the dropped Fugassin back among the freshly made ones :D During the night, I woke up and had to get out of bed to get a drink. Perhaps the dough hadn't risen properly (or was too salty, they tell me, but I don't remember noticing that it was too salty).

04/09/2025: I went one evening in August with my family. Although they were a little short on staff, the older man and woman served us very well, with professionalism and patience. We had a great time. All the food was excellent, both seafood and meat. Splendid view. Good value for money. We'll be back.
