Dishes ordered: - seafood penne: arrived lukewarm and with little fish - tuna: really excellent but very thin slice - mussels: nothing special "House" wine in the bottle: really excellent but without any label, you have to trust. These things + 1 coffee and 1 sparkling water €80, of course no detailed receipt. Not at all satisfied, we won't be back

02/01/2025: My friends and I met in Loano for lunch, nothing to say except that we found a gem in the streets of this town. The food was excellent, we ordered two panuozzi, a pan pizza and a farinata with grilled vegetables, all delicious. The staff were very kind, helpful and polite. Efficient and fast service. We will definitely return.

01/02/2025: If you are looking for something different from the usual pizza, you can't miss spending a nice evening at the Workshop and enjoying one of their magnificent "Pinse"! Once you have chosen the dough between classic with 00 flour, wholemeal flour and cereals and Venere rice flour (very light!), the arduous task of choosing the topping begins. A vast range of flavours and gourmet style combinations that will make you want to eat them all. Rich, tasty and with quality ingredients. Served on a wooden cutting board in a special environment full of objects and particularities from the past by pleasant and friendly staff. Perhaps slightly more expensive than the average in the area but the quality of the food offered justifies it all. Definitely a place to try and return to if you want a pizza that is a little different from the usual. Not to mention the fact that the place is accessible to the disabled and for children they also have the half pinsa... margherita or whatever you prefer.

14/01/2025: The pizza by the shovel here is truly extraordinary, exceptional from every point of view. It has an ellipse shape, different from the classic round pizza. I ordered the Calabrese, with top quality ingredients, and it was delicious. It was so good that we decided to get another pizza, this time turnip tops and sausage, to share. This was also a great choice! An interesting thing is that you can choose the dough: in my opinion, the one with wholemeal flour is the best. Truly excellent value for money. Unfortunately, the service leaves something to be desired. We had called days before to book, specifying that we had two children and needed high chairs. Unfortunately, they hadn't written down this information and only by luck did they find the last two high chairs available. Furthermore, the lady who took the orders appeared unwelcoming, even grumpy.

17/12/2024: Maybe I had a bad day. You could eat pizza in the middle with a spoon, the staff discussed loudly but the service was very friendly. I was really looking forward to a delicious pizza, what a shame. I don't think I'll come back.

As soon as you enter the lounge, you are greeted with friendliness and immediately feel at ease. The staff is always available to satisfy every request and give personalized advice, demonstrating attention to detail. The salon environment is dynamic and lively, making every visit a pleasant and relaxing experience. Furthermore, inside the salon there is also a very well served bar and while waiting for a haircut you can consume whatever you want I highly recommend it
