Mediocre, sloppy, anonymous dishes, at almost Michelin-starred prices.
10/03/2026: I stumbled upon this place by chance on my lunch break from work, and what can I say, SUPER!!! Super fast and friendly staff, excellent food, and fantastic prices. I'm staying here for a week, and I think I'll come today for my lunch break.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

06/04/2026: I tried the bonito carpaccio and a first course of black garlic linguine (?) with shrimp tartare, which was almost nonexistent. Both the carpaccio and the pasta were rather bland, and the portions were really small. It's frustrating to leave a restaurant still hungry.
The only positive note: the marinara pizza, which we ordered precisely to satisfy our remaining hunger. The prices, however, are decidedly high for what's on offer and the cuisine's output. The quality of the fish is evident, and it's a shame it isn't highlighted, because overall the dishes lack flavor.

03/10/2025: We visited Bagni Veretium in early September. We dined on the terrace overlooking the sea, practically right on the water. Excellent dinner, featuring seafood dishes, quality ingredients, and generous, well-prepared portions. The price was medium-high, but consistent with what's on offer.

15/08/2025: Super punctual and friendly. The pesto pizza was good. The Margherita was a bit standard. The farinata was decent, although I've had better in the past.

Piatti di pesce molto buoni, servizio giovane, attento, molto gentile e disponibile.

08/09/2025: Genuine, family atmosphere, kind and empathetic staff—quite rare in Liguria—wide selection, good value, and dishes prepared with true love and in a sublime manner. The pesto is top-notch, and a Genoese person is telling you this! If you're passing through Borgio, it's a must-try without a shadow of a doubt. Tiziano from Genoa.
27/08/2025: Recommended by a local, my daughter and I stopped by today to pick up something to try. We bought several products (I would have bought them all 🤣), and they're all excellent. I've read some negative comments about the prices, which are displayed, so you know you won't spend a fortune, but the products, as far as I'm concerned, are delicious and worth the money.
