24/07/2026: We had lunch at this little restaurant recommended by our B&B. It was a pleasant surprise; the dishes are excellent, made with the freshest ingredients. I ordered fried mixed seafood; while elsewhere they fill their plates with vegetables, here it was all fish, and lots of it! Even though it's a bit hidden, it's definitely worth a try, and I hope to return soon!
20/07/2026: We ate Easter on the terrace in the square with a splendid view. What can I say? Finally, something different, new, fresh, and interesting!
Elaborate dishes, crafted with attention to detail, even in their simplicity. Attentive and courteous service.
Super satisfied.

It's a shame you couldn't eat there. Six of us arrived on Saturday evening without a reservation. I politely asked if there were seats for six. A young, curly-haired waiter with blue eyes replied that it was impossible. So I politely asked if it was possible to order takeout. He replied, annoyed, "Well, I can't tell you how long, you have all those tables out front." I persisted (because I was happy to spend time in that beautiful place) and asked, "Can you give me a rough estimate?" He replied, "How can I tell you? It could be 20, 30 minutes, or an hour. What do I know about what people eat?" At which point he turned and left.
I'm Ligurian, but sometimes I'm ashamed of our hospitality.
A piece of advice... next time, instead of treating potential new customers this way, offer a wine list while you wait. That way you'll appear polite, and above all, you'll make money.
04/07/2026: After a good hike, we arrive, specifying that we didn't have a reservation, but with all due politeness, we ask if they have room or if we can wait for takeout pizzas.
The blue-eyed, curly-haired waiter, very rudely, blaring loudly so everyone can clearly hear him, treats us rudely, saying he can't tell us a time, asking if we can't see how many people there are, etc.
We once again politely ask for an approximate time, and he again rudely answers us when all we needed was "Guys, half an hour, I don't know, an hour. In the meantime, do you want to have a glass of wine?"
So, we absolutely don't recommend it, because the place may be wonderful, but if this is the welcome...

23/07/2026: A small trattoria at the entrance to the Verezzi caves, its terrace is too closed off by windows and Christmas lights, making it truly unusable in these terrifying climates; things are a little better at the few tables in the small open garden.
Excellent seafood cuisine with high-quality ingredients and generous portions: the mussels in tomato sauce (very fresh and delicious) and the perfectly cooked grilled meat are particularly noteworthy. The staff is courteous, attentive, and helpful, a rarity in Liguria.
Price is average for the time of year and location.

19/04/2026: For every anniversary, celebration, or occasion, we spend a couple of fantastic hours here in our favorite restaurant, where everything is perfect! Great atmosphere, excellent food, service, and attention to detail, all of which we treat as friends!

21/06/2026: A refined place, not just a simple pastry shop but a place where you can be pampered with sweets that tickle your fancy and refined coffees like the caffè al bacio I had. Even from the street it's not very obvious, but from the inside it's very well-kept.

15/08/2025: Super punctual and friendly. The pesto pizza was good. The Margherita was a bit standard. The farinata was decent, although I've had better in the past.

The food was delicious and the seaside location is absolutely stunning. Special thanks to our waitress, who was incredibly friendly and smiley!
However, the service lacked flexibility. Not her, the manager, or the colleague... Well, three of us were stuck in the sun, and the waiter refused to move us to a nearby shaded table that had just cleared, claiming it was "booked." Two minutes later, only two people sat there. It would have been a simple swap to move our group of five to the shade and give the duo our old table, also on the part with a shadow.
**Advice to management:** Don't complicate simple solutions. A little flexibility goes a long way in customer satisfaction. We left on friendly terms, but the experience could have been much better.

15/08/2026: The restaurant, located in the beautiful village of Verezzi, has a terrace with an exceptional view of the Gulf.
Even though this summer was very hot, we had a really good time. The restaurant is very spacious and the service was a bit slow, but the food was excellent.
I recommend the grilled fish.
10/08/2026: Truly a beautiful place! The view is spectacular: opening the window in the morning and seeing the Gulf of Liguria is like standing before a painting. That alone is worth the trip!
Clean and cozy room, extremely kind staff, and a truly warm welcome.
The only small flaw, more of a suggestion for further improvement, is that the restaurant is above the rooms, and the shifting of chairs is quite audible. Perhaps a few small adjustments could tone down the noise.
Otherwise, we had a really good time. It's one of those places that stays in your memory, especially for its location and that wonderful view. I would definitely return!

05/06/2026: I already knew them, especially for their cannoli, but I was recently lucky enough to purchase their exotic cake, a summer version of a seven-veil cake. INCREDIBLE. An unforgettable experience, according to me and all my guests who ate it with me.
Perfect in flavor and appearance. It's been a week since I ate it, and we're still talking about it. UNFORGETTABLE!

03/07/2026: It's a shame about the service, the food is also good, but after having explicitly requested lemon for the fried food I was told that there was no lemon. I pointed out that the paper they use to serve the fried food is not food-grade (the fried food is served on the printed side) and I was told I didn't know... it wouldn't take much to cure a customer, it's a shame.

08/09/2025: Genuine, family atmosphere, kind and empathetic staff—quite rare in Liguria—wide selection, good value, and dishes prepared with true love and in a sublime manner. The pesto is top-notch, and a Genoese person is telling you this! If you're passing through Borgio, it's a must-try without a shadow of a doubt. Tiziano from Genoa.
27/08/2025: Recommended by a local, my daughter and I stopped by today to pick up something to try. We bought several products (I would have bought them all 🤣), and they're all excellent. I've read some negative comments about the prices, which are displayed, so you know you won't spend a fortune, but the products, as far as I'm concerned, are delicious and worth the money.
