It's indescribable. I stayed in one of the most beautiful places in Italy.
13/04/2026: The hotel is located at the end of the alley, in a very quiet location on the street parallel to the seafront. Excellent restaurants are nearby, just steps away, for dinner. A stroll down the street takes you to the town center, full of top-notch shops and culinary specialties.
Modern superior room with a large balcony, a very comfortable bed, a bathroom with a large shower, and a beautiful marble wall for storing toiletries.
Breakfast features excellent bread and croissants, fruit is available, and eggs and bacon are available upon request. They have a breakfast bar, and you can ask at reception if you need anything in the evening.
Friendly and helpful staff. The building is not new, but it's comfortable.

03/05/2026: I accompany groups of our members two or three times a year during the winter and May months. Everyone is very satisfied with the treatment they receive and they all happily return. I think that's all I need to give a positive review.

01/10/2025: Exclusive seaside hotel with a restaurant open to the public, extremely well-maintained and where the food is sublime. I recommend the fresh raw fish and the entire menu, where every dish is served with extreme care by the very professional and friendly staff.
27/09/2025: The trip with Murer-Reisen left nothing to be desired. The reception at the hotel (luggage transfer to the room, staff, reception, and the reverse on the day of departure: everything as you would expect from a four-star hotel) was perfect. Every question and every request was answered in a friendly manner. The waiters in the dining room were very courteous and friendly, as were the room staff. The cleanliness left nothing to be desired.
The kitchen deserves a big round of applause. Alassio is worth seeing. It will be a pleasure for us to return there again and enjoy some days of relaxation. Thanks to everyone involved.

08/06/2026: A pleasant discovery: the octopus with potatoes was divine, and the tagliolini with clams, friajelli, and breadcrumbs were truly excellent. The staff were friendly and polite, and the quality/price ratio was excellent.

07/06/2026: Perfect if you prefer creative vegetarian and vegan cuisine. One of the only restaurants around Alassio, which serves not only pasta, risotti and vegetables for their vegan customers! I highly recommend it and will come back for sure.

01/06/2026: Exceptional meal and dining experience at Nove. We did the 6 course tasting menu with the wine pairing.
Each course was a fantastic culinarily journey. The unique flavours and creative use of ingredients kept us emerged in an unforgettable food experience we’ll be talking about for the rest of our trip.
The staff were excellent, informative and professional. A special mention to the Sommelier, he was so knowledgeable and passionate about the wines and paring with each course, his care and attention definitely elevated the experience.
Thank you Nove! We will be back our next time visiting Alassio.
01/06/2026: Incredible location, unfortunately an unfortunate evening in terms of service and questionable clientele, which didn't help.
The chef tried to limit the damage, but considering the receipt and the star, the experience was insufficient.

16/05/2026: Be Careful!! Watch out when paying. Ask for the receipt and triple check it. They tried to steal 170€ added on top of what we have ordered.
15/05/2026: We can't comment on the food since we didn't get a chance to try it. We were a few minutes late and our table had been reassigned. Okay, that's understandable, but a good restaurant owner wouldn't have made us wait for the next table in the rain… It's a shame, we're locals for four months of the year and won't be for many years to come… We're not sure we'll book again.
