24/06/2025: What a great discovery… we were on vacation and had breakfast like at home, with our healthy and diet crepes and pancakes! Bravi bravi bravi

12/10/2025: The dishes are mediocre for the price, and the service is inadequate (I'm obviously not referring to the waiters)... we ordered sautéed swordfish that looked like chicken... and a salad called Condillon that looked like a jumble of vegetables. If I make it at home, it would be the same and cost less. At the end of the meal, still hungry, we asked for a pinza (so nothing special for a high-end restaurant/bar). We were told that the kitchen closed at 2:30 PM. We ordered a second bottle of live fish (average cost €30... so €60, having already drunk one). We were told that nothing was served with the bottle of wine, as it was only one bottle. Having spoken to the owner, nothing has changed. Now... I think that since we're in Alassio, in a trendy place... the behavior doesn't seem right, especially towards the customers. They come anyway and expect the same level of service as the place... evidently the owners are fine with that and rely on a passing clientele. Side note... in addition to what was said... the water in the ladies' bathroom wasn't working... and I won't say why.

11/10/2025: Delicious, high-quality food, expertly prepared, creatively and conveniently presented. The atmosphere is filled with antiques and modern pieces.

23/08/2025: I've been to Ristorante Panama twice, once on August 15th and once the following week. Excellent food: you can taste the quality of the ingredients used. Top service: very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and knowledgeable about the dishes. Very beautiful location: the view from the veranda is truly beautiful, and eating on the beach is also a lovely idea. It's a shame that the umbrellas on their beach were open and blocked the sea, but the atmosphere was still there. Highly recommended, and I would definitely go back!

15/10/2025: Greed at the expense of service quality The restaurant is very famous, pseudo-elegant, and expensive, but people likely continue to frequent it for some reason related to the quality of the food. Unfortunately, the owner's desire to never lose a single customer and to always keep tables full with at least two seats per evening completely negates any positive aspects of the culinary quality, replacing them with total disorganization and a lack of respect for the customers. We had a reservation for four people at 9:30 PM and arrived promptly. When we arrived, the waiter asked us to be patient for about five minutes because they were "slightly struggling." We waited 15 minutes and noticed at least a dozen groups in the alley outside who, like us, had reservations but were still waiting for their tables. When we asked the waiter again how much longer we would have to stand, he replied, visibly out of breath, that it would be about another 15 minutes. This meant we'd start eating at 10:00 PM. We would have preferred to leave, but we decided to wait. Very calmly, every now and then someone from the small groups waiting managed to sit down. After the customary 15 minutes, it was 10:00 PM: none of us were still seated. Inside the restaurant, a few people were eating while 70% of the customers were waiting to be served. We waited another 20 minutes—arriving at 10:20 PM—without anyone leaving their tables. Many customers continued to wait for their dishes. At that point, we decided to leave at 10:30 PM, after an hour of pointless waiting. If a restaurant that claims to be elegant and high-end doesn't have the courage to inform customers that they must vacate their tables by a set time—which is in any case unbecoming of the style of a place of this kind—then it shouldn't accept any more reservations. To the owner, I say: since you're not worried about the risk of empty tables due to selfishness and greed, simply not accepting any more reservations would do your reputation much more credit. I'll conclude by reminding you that I used to frequent this restaurant about thirty years ago, but I stopped going because there were already unpleasant service issues back then that kept me away from there ever since.

30/09/2025: We visited this bar in mid-September and were pleased with both the food and the service. Looking at the photos, I also wanted to add that the beach service, including sun loungers and umbrellas, was also commendable. The manager's excellent service and, of course, the sea, sun ☀️, and beautiful views of this place delighted us and allowed us to enjoy our vacation 🤩.

12/09/2025: Nicely chilled atmosphere, one street back from the beach front. Good beer, nice nibbles, friendly service.

05/09/2025: "We're closing," we were told, 1 hour and 20 minutes before the venue's actual closing time, as indicated on the website. This was unacceptable, especially given the crowded promenade and a concert that had just finished in the square adjacent to the venue.

10/10/2025: A regular for me. Elegant venue. Quality meets expectations... and then the added value, the kindness, friendliness, and competence of the young staff. Well done.

26/09/2025: As soon as you enter and sit at the table, the view from the top of the hill overlooking Alassio and the sea is breathtaking. The seafood appetizers and the catch of the day are delicious and incredibly fresh. The desserts and the wine produced from their vineyard are equally delicious. The young and very friendly staff. An excellent experience. I will definitely be back. Tried in August 2025

21/09/2025: Last night in Imperia, during dinner at Altamarea, I had the pleasure of discovering the desserts from Simone and Alessia's La Pasticceria che sognavo. It was a wonderful surprise that won over everyone in the room: carefully crafted, delicious desserts, and made with great passion. At the end of the evening, Simone delighted the dining room with a round of freshly made hazelnut cream cannoli... truly the icing on the cake! 👏🏼 Congratulations on the quality and attention to detail: everything was perfect.

22/09/2025: We had an excellent stay at this hotel, where we received a very warm welcome. The room was small (at the lowest rate), but quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and good. A special mention goes to the extremely helpful reception staff.

15/09/2025: It's not luxurious, but it's very good. Everything is fine: the reception, the room (good-quality mattress), and the shower are clean and functional; nothing is missing. The breakfast is very good; it has everything you need. The hotel is very well located and also has free private parking. There's nothing to complain about for the price.

13/10/2025: Recommended by the hotel I was staying at, it turned out to be a very nice place with friendly staff, despite it being almost full. It was almost 3 pm, so I was hungry, but they were very quick. Various hot and cold dishes to suit different needs. I opted for a salad with a bread basket. It was really good, and the chicken wasn't dry like it often is. The price was a little above average, but given the location and the time of year (first ten days of September), I'd say that's normal. I'd definitely go back; if the food is worth the price, it doesn't matter. See you soon.

13/10/2025: Very long waits; average food, the most annoying thing is that for the second time I was not denied a table outside saying that it was reserved, but after 30 minutes it was still free (and then they sat down an acquaintance who asked if it was free and was told that he could sit down. I don't know if we'll be back.

07/09/2025: It's been a go-to place for the whole family for years! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The menu is varied, and the pizzas and focaccias are excellent. And the value is excellent! It's a shame the place has now had to move and has just closed in Alassio. We'll miss it!

14/09/2025: Perfect value for money. The staff is super friendly! Pizza just like you'd want in Germany... They don't skimp on ingredients. The artichokes aren't woody and have a great flavor.

07/09/2025: Per noi, the pizza is buona di Alassio! 🍕 This is how we felt about the poter having a table in the same prenotation. Comprendiamo che il nostro arrivo con passeggino e due bimbi piccoli non sia stato semplice per lo staff 😅. The prossima volta prenoteremo sicuramente in anticipo e siamo certi che saremo accolti e salutati with ancora più calore 🤗. For us the best pizza in Alassio! 🍕 We were really happy to get a table even without a reservation. We understand that our arrival with a stroller and two small children was not easy for the staff 😅. Next time we will definitely make a reservation and we are sure that we will receive an even warmer welcome 🤗.

05/10/2025: The beautiful interiors make it feel homey. Various specialties, from Argentinian and Mexican to Italian cuisine, are served. The seafood is delicious. The portions are generous, and the food arrives relatively quickly. The service is very attentive. The 'Bubu' pizza was delicious, and the grilled fish platter and the fajitas were very popular. A restaurant you can easily visit a second or third time.
