01/11/2025: I've been wanting to eat farinata at this place for a while now. It reminds me of my childhood, when we'd buy it with my grandmother while waiting for the bus. The other night I went with some friends. The farinata was wonderful, crispy and not greasy, and the service was impeccable. I'll be back with my family.

Quality and courtesy seem to have found the perfect combination in a small, characteristic Ligurian alley.
This is the oldest and most historic bakery. I highly recommend it!

09/09/2025: The staff were very friendly and gave us a table on the promenade. My wife's meal was very good; I ordered a vegetarian hamburger with French fries. The fries were good, and they also provided me with plenty of mayonnaise and ketchup. Only the burger was a bit poorly done—a patty in bread—that was it. I discussed it with a nice lady, and she responded positively to my feedback. So if you want more in the veggie burger, just tell the waitress... I thought it was good that my criticism was handled very professionally.
07/09/2025: I stopped for an aperitivo with my partner and baby (with a stroller, so everyone can use it). The staff was very friendly and helpful. There's seating both inside and on the waterfront. Very nice, recommended.

Le pizze sono ben fatte e gustose, in particolare la pizza vegetariana, davvero ottima, con verdure abbondanti, buone e ricercate, che la rendono un piatto curato e saporito.
Unica pecca: servizio un po’ lento e le pizze non sono arrivate tutte insieme, il che ha un po’ penalizzato il momento della cena.
I prezzi sono leggermente sopra la media, ma nel complesso l’esperienza vale la spesa. Consigliato
27/04/2025: Personale gentile e disponibile, posti al tavolo in diverse tipologie di ambiente, il nostro tavolo aveva vista sulla passeggiata, piacevole. Due secondi mare: frittelle di rossetti buone ma forse troppo uovo nell'impasto, rispetto alla quantità di rossetti? Impepata di cozze eccezionale, senza troppo brodaccio, giusta quantità di aglio e di pepe, cozze tutte belle, non troppo grandi, molto gustose. Due calici di Pigato, buona cantina. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

22/09/2025: We had an excellent stay at this hotel, where we received a very warm welcome. The room was small (at the lowest rate), but quiet, clean, and comfortable.
The breakfast was varied and good.
A special mention goes to the extremely helpful reception staff.

The dining room service could be improved: the staff seemed unfriendly and annoyed by the presence of customers. The rather high bill doesn't reflect the quality of service received."

Not disappointed, Google translate helped re menu choice.
We were 3, had a couple of carafes of Vermentino and straight into the mains. Grilled fish (2) and lamb chops. Delicious.
Afogato for me and 2 Tiramisu.
Highly recommend it.

26/11/2025: I have tried many pizzerias but this one is by far the best. The people are also really friendly, and their pizzas are simply the best in the area, and maybe even in the world. The best pizza i ever had (and i tried a lot of places!). I especially love the Valtellina and the boscaiola. I will keep coming back!

02/10/2025: In my opinion, and for my tastes, this is the best pizzeria in the entire area. The pizza is thin and the crust is crispy, just the way I like it, and the prices are fair—in fact, considering the location, they're the lowest for this area.
Reservations are recommended because it's always busy. I was out for a walk around 6:30 PM and stopped to ask if they had a table for me, my partner, and the dog. They told me they'd leave a table outside when they opened. The staff was very friendly; they even brought us water for the dog without asking. I was just passing through and I'm glad I was able to eat here. We each had one pizza, plus a third that we split between the two of us.
30/09/2025: At Rio, the pizza is thin, crustless, and you can choose from a variety of doughs (whole wheat, whole grain, etc.). The pizza is very good, the service is very fast, and the prices are fair. Reservations are recommended.
We'll be happy to return.
