29/06/2025: I visited the workshop recently and the experience was definitely disappointing. The place itself is not bad, but what ruins everything is the attitude of the staff: rude, brusque and unprofessional. • From the moment I ordered, the staff showed obvious annoyance to my questions, answering hastily and with an annoyed tone - just as reported by other customers . • This is not an isolated case: several people on online review platforms complain about the same unfriendly and unhelpful behavior, especially from those who take orders • Overall: unwelcoming service and, in my case, what should have been a pleasant moment turned into a feeling of annoyance. The advice is clear: if you are looking for courtesy and a minimum of sympathy, here you risk being very disappointed. A change in the relationship with customers is needed, because it is not enough to have a good pizza if you are then treated like a burden.

26/06/2025: Nice place!!! The decor immediately strikes you.... garage style...with motorcycles, cars and old and iconic objects. Specialty "pizza a la pala"...wide choice...and I must say that the 2 choices we made were really excellent. Fast service...and average prices. We will definitely be back. 👍

The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is plentiful and varied, with homemade cakes. The best thing about this hotel is the kindness and hospitality of the staff. A wonderful discovery. 14/04/2026: I recently discovered it, but it's become a favorite! Everything is truly excellent, from the food to the service, and the price. My favorites are the chickpea stew, the shank (usually served on Mondays), and the osso buco (usually served on Thursdays). My compliments!

20/04/2026: Disappointing! We used to come to this place often, but after being there tonight, I have to say I was disappointed. Prices went up, portions got smaller. Another disappointing thing was that I asked for beans as a side, and the waitress said they didn't have them. Too bad the table across from us had ordered beans as a side half an hour after their arrival, and they got them. At least some consistency in their work.

12/04/2026: Nice setting. Good food. Service leaves something to be desired: we felt looked down upon because we didn't order the full menu and only had one dish. Only the regulars received a smile. Claims to have a Michelin star?

29/03/2026: I've known Giampiero since we were kids, and eating here is an experience. A journey, something you have to do and repeat every now and then, to make peace with the outside world... Today was another perfect journey, one worth repeating...

13/10/2025: I had a very good lunch, with little wait and a generous, excellent dish. The staff was very polite and friendly. There's even a charming little bird in a cage near the bar, which further brightens up the already pleasant atmosphere.

If you don't have space and you're working in a hurry, I'm sorry, but it can't be the customer's problem. It's a shame because the quantity of food is remarkable and the wine exceptional. 04/01/2026: A typical and authentic Finale Borgo spot. We had tuna tartare and vegetable soup for dinner, both truly delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the place was no frills, and the atmosphere was guaranteed.
