21/09/2025: Whoever gave bad reviews is either an unfair competitor or has no idea what true hospitality and quality mean. We were here on Sunday for lunch. Mixed antipasti and focaccia, all homemade with fresh cheeses. Excellent risotto and a tender coppa roast. They also cater to those with food intolerances and vegetarians. A unique place worth exploring.

05/07/2025: Delicious Ligurian focaccia: I went in to get a piece for the road, but had to go back for more because it was hot and I devoured it in no time. The lady at the bakery was very friendly and made small pieces for me, convenient for eating on the go! I stopped there again in July 2025... still a good focaccia, perhaps the price has risen! €16 per kilo! I remembered other prices!

31/07/2025: As a Ligurian, I'm truly sorry to have to give a negative review to a restaurant on our beautiful Riviera, but precisely because I care about my homeland, I think it's right to do so. In recent years, we've seen absurd price hikes for all services, and I understand the increased costs operators have had to face, but there are some things I find absurd, to say the least... unfortunately, what happened to me last week at this kiosk falls into this category. I stopped there after a bike ride on a quiet weekday, asking if it was possible to eat something, and was told that all the tables were booked. Since I also work in the hospitality industry, I fully understood the situation and politely asked for a takeaway toastie and a freshly squeezed juice at the counter. I wasn't shown or given a price list, nor did I see one posted anywhere, but maybe I wasn't paying enough attention. Anyway, while waiting for the food I ordered to be ready, I took advantage of the restrooms at the beach club where the kiosk is located. I went back to the kiosk counter and found myself with a 200 ml plastic cup with foil on top, like juice AT THE COUNTER... I said to myself, "Okay, even the juice at the counter has become TAKE-AWAY without me knowing, no problem, it's fine anyway!" I drank my mini juice from a plastic cup right there at the counter while waiting for the take-away toast and asked to pay the bill, and that's when the problem fell: a 200 ml glass of juice standing at the counter costs 5 euros!!! As much as the toast... And I immediately thought, "This is why we scare tourists away! It's as if they'd squeezed 200 ml of Sa Pompia for me!!!" I preferred to pay the bill without complaining because those are company decisions that one makes and the employees have nothing to do with them. I'm attaching a photo of the receipt, for those who are like St. Thomas, and the size of the glass to help you understand the situation. I only regret not taking a photo of the glass when I got the bill, but as I said, I didn't want to argue with the person behind the counter, but as a Ligurian, seeing certain things... how incredibly disappointing.

11/10/2025: I ordered two pieces of classic focaccia and two with onions. The first was good, the second absolutely unimaginable. I couldn't tell if it was the taste of the onions or the focaccia itself. Paid 9 euros(!!)

02/08/2025: Leave the focaccia or white pizza as the foreigners call it from the day before to them... I bought it this morning and after half an hour I couldn't chew it, it was so hard. Thanks

21/11/2025: The dishes are delicious, especially the cheese focaccia. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

23/10/2025: A friend of mine and I went into this bar for breakfast. After deciding what to order, the lady at the counter, not very politely, told us we had to pay right away, before we sat down. I was about to pay, and she told us the Wi-Fi wasn't working and the POS terminal didn't have an internet connection... not having cash, I was forced to cancel the entire order (the coffees hadn't been made) and told her I should have gone to another bar. The lady got very annoyed at this response and muttered that it wasn't her fault... My friend, who had stayed inside to pay for a bottle of water, was insulted by the lady's (presumably) husband, calling him a starving man, showering him with vulgar insults, and finally calling him a loser for choosing to "go on vacation to Liguria." This all happened outside the bar, on the sidewalk, under the eyes of incredulous passersby. This episode is literally absurd… We did not behave badly towards either of them, nor did we disrespect them.
