05/11/2025: An authentic gem of Ligurian tradition! We had dinner here and had a wonderful time. The place is very cute and welcoming, a classic osteria where you immediately feel at home. We had the panigacci (their specialty) and they were superb, crispy and delicious—a must-try if you come here! The other dishes we tried were also excellent, and you could taste the fresh ingredients. The waiters are friendly and quick, which never hurts. The prices are fair. If you're in the La Spezia/Arcola area and want to eat well without spending a fortune, this is a must! Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed the pizza, and the staff was pleasantly professional! If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back! 22/09/2025: Definitely worth a try, given its inclusion in the three red shrimp segments. The menu is sophisticated and unique. Excellent quality ingredients, and the dough is truly delicious. If I had to nitpick, there were seven of us, and about 4-5 minutes passed between the arrival of the first and last pizzas. I don't know if there were problems with the oven or the oven is too small. Prices... If you want a quality pizza, you pay for it, even a Margherita... Otherwise, go to the pizzeria by the slice downstairs.

08/10/2025: The pizza and staff were truly top-notch. The pizza dough was unique, not heavy, and very easy to digest. However, I suggest improving the atmosphere by removing at least a couple of tables because we were all packed together. Aside from the chaos, the tables are really too close together.

11/08/2025: I wrote a good review last year, but I absolutely have to reevaluate it after several incidents. It's happened more than once that ingredients were missing, often including the potatoes found on many types of pizza, forcing me to change them every time. The worst thing, which shows disrespect towards the customer, is that if ingredients are missing, they always charge the same price. In fact, in my case, for a simple substitution of ingredients—I specify substitution, NOT addition—they charged me more, and we're talking about arugula (which costs much less) instead of mozzarella. A single euro more or less doesn't enrich anyone, but it shows respect and honesty towards a customer. Sometimes you can lose your way over a few pennies and simple gestures, even if the frequent lack of ingredients is no small matter.

13/07/2025: Delicious gelato, you can taste the care they put into selecting the ingredients. Truly excellent. I also recommend the cakes, delicious and beautiful to look at. Kind and courteous.
