25/09/2025: I have been frequenting this place for a few years. It is family-run and we find the parents in the kitchen and the daughters at the counter. You can choose how to have breakfast from a range of excellent quality options. The aperitifs are also very varied and all accompanied by a platter of local baked products. We can also have an optimal lunch, always served in an impeccable and friendly manner, hot or cold dishes or excellent pizzas. Highly recommended

The option is changed at will depending on the mood of the moment, since the previous one was still valid. You want to add something, and including the platter is fine, but the concept is flawed. Too bad...

09/10/2025: The food was very good, and the wine was also reasonably priced. €18.00 for a bottle of Pinot Grigio is very relaxed for San Remo. Unfortunately, I can't confirm the opinion of some others in your review that the staff was unfriendly. Everyone was very friendly. The location on the street isn't exactly ideal, but it gets quieter in the evening.

10/10/2025: A year and a half ago, we visited this little café several times during our vacation, or rather, sat outside and enjoyed an aperitif and some of the numerous delicacies. Simply a wonderful little piazza with very attentive staff. I'd especially like to highlight the super-friendly employee with the reddish-blonde hair, who offered us the most amazing morsi to go with our Campari and Aperol – we still often think back to the Pasta Madre ❤️🫶🏼 and hope we'll come back to this wonderful place again.

During a family stroll through the city, we stopped here for a short break — and it turned into a delightful moment we won’t forget. We ordered a freshly baked pizza with an artisanal crust full of character, a flaky croissant, a slice of homemade apple cake, and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice — vibrant and full of life. Every item was thoughtfully prepared and served with care. The setting was cozy, with a small table just outside, perfect for enjoying the street’s calm atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and kind, offering just the right amount of attention. And the rich, aromatic coffee we finished with brought everything together beautifully. Pasta Madre il Fornaio doesn’t try to impress with extravagance — it wins you over with honesty, great flavor, and genuine hospitality. A perfect stop for anyone exploring Sanremo in search of authentic taste and peaceful moments.

17/09/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best bistro in San Remo! 🍴 The lasagna is delicious – delicate, aromatic, and freshly prepared. The staff is very friendly, smiling, and helpful. Definitely worth a visit – I highly recommend it! ✅

07/09/2025: We often forget to review a place when everything is perfect, and that was the case here! We had a cooked appetizer that was superb! My favorite was the spicy sautéed calamari! For my first course, I had an amazing pasta with clams: large clams, all full and all open, a testament to the freshness and quality! I admit that since the portions were so generous, I was full, and I only tasted the main course from the guys at my table! The Ligurian-style fish was very good! To finish, the limoncello tiramisu was really good! The staff in the dining room were super friendly, and there was an unobstructed view of the Sanremo harbor! What more could you expect from a restaurant? Oh, and the bill! Really fair for what we ate! Recommended!

05/09/2025: A historic hotel on the main street of San Remo. This isn't our first time staying here. The staff are always courteous, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, with huge bathrooms featuring double sinks. They also include a refrigerator, safe, hairdryer, and air conditioning. The rooms are quiet. The breakfast buffet is generous. Dinner is available upon reservation. Recommended!

08/09/2025: A good, but nothing special, except for the fountain, beach restaurant. Lots of tables, as well as service staff, who at rush hour do not cope well with the influx of customers. The staff is divided into different areas of responsibility and therefore there is a misunderstanding among them. The food completely satisfied me with its taste, except that the portions could be a little bigger. Nearby is a paid beach, hammocks and other beach amenities. Verdict: you can have a good rest, and also eat deliciously.
