07/04/2026: This review is for the Ligurian focaccia with cheese only; we didn't try any other dishes. The focaccia was very good, and there are many different options on the menu. The ones we tried were truly excellent. The location, right in the heart of the old port, was very appealing.

14/02/2026: A very serious, dangerous, and completely unacceptable experience. I placed an order, including veggie tacos, clearly specifying twice over the phone that I'm allergic to Philadelphia and specifically asking NOT to include it. They reassured me. When I received the order, it apparently wasn't visible, but upon closer inspection, I discovered that the Philadelphia had been placed anyway, hidden under the veggie tacos. If I hadn't noticed in time, I could have ended up in the hospital. Even worse, when I called the restaurant to report the incident, they told me "it can happen because they're messed up." This isn't an excuse; it's an irresponsible and dangerous response. If you're messed up, don't accept orders, especially when an allergy is reported. People's health is not a small matter. Furthermore, the order was completely cold, sloppily presented, and of terrible quality. The food was inedible, far from the standards I'd known in the past. Half the food was thrown away carelessly. I paid for service that turned out to be terrible in every way: quality, attention, and especially safety. I will never order from this restaurant again and I strongly advise against it, especially to anyone with allergies or intolerances. This kind of behavior is serious and unacceptable.

The dishes ordered — seafood salad and seafood paccheri — turned out to be of modest quality, with poorly cared for ingredients and surprisingly similar to each other, leaving doubts about real attention to preparation. The overall taste was flat and unconvincing. Even the white wine served by the glass did not stand out in terms of quality. What is most perplexing is the quality-price ratio: €53 for a meal of this level seems decidedly disproportionate. At the time of my observation about the price, I was answered textually: "Sanremo and Sanremo", how to justify the high cost regardless of the quality offered. The gesture of rounding up to €50 does not change the substance of an account that is difficult to justify. I politely expressed my disappointment, but without finding particular interest or attention. An experience that does not encourage you to return or to recommend the place, especially considering the many valid alternatives present in Sanremo. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with rare attentiveness and kindness by Barbara, whose professionalism and warmth immediately set the tone for the evening. Each dish is a true ode to freshness: the exceptional quality of the ingredients, largely sourced from their own garden, is evident on every plate. The flavors are bold, authentic, almost vibrant. Even the meat reflects a remarkable commitment, coming from free-range animals carefully fed, a quality deeply felt in both texture and taste. The chef's cuisine is distinguished by a unique and masterful creativity that surprises without ever compromising the integrity of the ingredients. Each dish tells a story, a blend of boldness and respect for the seasons. As for the presentation, it is elegant, refined, and perfectly showcases the creations. An exceptional establishment where everything is conceived with exacting standards and passion. An experience we highly recommend.
