12/08/2025: A vintage music-themed hotel (very Sanremo Music Festival-themed), the building is architecturally dated but also equipped with modern comforts, such as air conditioning, a walk-in shower, and a mini-fridge in the room (very convenient). Unfortunately, some rooms have balconies and others don't, but even the latter is fine for a few days 😊 The relaxation area at the back of the building is also very nice. I stayed half-board; the breakfast was varied and plentiful, and for dinner, there's an à la carte menu with carefully prepared dishes. You can reserve parking for €7 per day, which isn't a given in an area where public parking is scarce. The staff is friendly but not intrusive, which is also not a given. The only flaw is the lack of accessible passageways (except for the elevator) for those with mobility difficulties.

02/08/2025: An old hotel near the sea and the embankment. With excellent breakfasts: eggs, meat, cheese, fruit, yogurt, sweet pastries, coffee, juices. Very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel has a garden and parking. The rooms and the hotel itself require renovation, but its antiquity has a special charm. We enjoyed staying at the hotel.

21/07/2025: Dinner without a course, meaning I was picking at other diners' plates after having twice reported to the wait staff that my order hadn't arrived. When I reported the incident to the cashier, they explained it to me by saying "too many customers." In fact, the wait was at least 45 minutes. Then, tomato and mixed salad, followed by rosticini, which were then refilled after I pointed out that 5 were missing, and chips, my order never arrived. The explanation was "the rosticini took longer to cook." If that were the case, given that we stayed for 2 hours, I believe they would have arrived even if it were late. My opinion is that the sausages never made it to the grill and that it would have been enough to admit an oversight in the kitchen without making any claims that offend one's intelligence. I'll leave the reader to conclude.

I chose pistachio but it tasted like something completely different. Unfortunately I trusted the reviews.

15/07/2025: Simply fantastic Michelin-starred cuisine, casual and relaxed. The food was first-class. The portions were just right, not too small, so you could enjoy the dishes to your heart's content. The dessert with the frozen lemon ice cream was a real wow! experience. You had to crack it open with a spoon, then you had a liquid and a solid center, plus the chocolate coating...a dream.

07/06/2025: On the shelf behind the counter I see a whole wheat bread, I read the price 4.5 euros, I think the price is fair and ask to give me one. At the time of payment, they apply the price of 6.5 euros. I ask for explanations and they tell me that during the day the bread is mixed on the shelf but the correct price is 6.5 euros. I consider this way of doing business very incorrect.

07/08/2025: I used to go to this restaurant every time I visited San Remo but unfortunately will not be returning. I have celiac disease and the old owners were so accommodating to me with my food options. I was there 2 weeks ago and when I asked for gluten free pasta all I got was an attitude and he got angry with me saying it would be 45 minutes. I said fine as it was getting late but I regret staying there. I have never experienced this attitude to a disease in San Remo before.

02/08/2025: The food is delicious; it was my go-to place in Sanremo. Unfortunately, I was shocked by the waiter's behavior today: he was cold, unhelpful, and downright rude. As I was leaving, I politely asked him for the bill (raising my hand, as I don't know the word in Italian). To my surprise, he reacted aggressively, saying that this gesture meant "give me your dick" in Italy, and added that I was "not his type." We were with family, with a woman at our table! It was shocking, inappropriate, and completely disrespectful. I will never go there again.

30/06/2025: I don't know who frequents this place, but it is not highly recommended... unfortunately we needed to eat something, the fujassa did not arrive at all... not friendly at all, the owner did not remember either money or prices to be entered at the cash register. (Is it the excessive heat that plays bad tricks?)
