17/02/2026: We went to this restaurant for Valentine's Day. The service was mediocre; my dish was brought to me first, and I had to wait for my partner's before we could eat together. That said, when hers finally arrived, mine was cold. I find it unprofessional to bring out the dishes 10 minutes apart. Similarly, the wine wasn't even offered; they didn't ask what we wanted, even though we mentioned at the beginning that we were considering our choice. The rostellas were frozen. We wanted the large ones, but to my surprise, for a Saturday night, they were out. The mixed grill was nothing special. I didn't find the meat particularly flavorful, so I wonder if it was frozen.

27/08/2025: A truly unique venue in Sanremo! A wide selection of cocktails—including Ligurian-themed ones—accompanied by excellent wines and a selection of first courses, sandwiches, and desserts to satisfy every moment of the evening. Special mention goes to the owner and staff: welcoming and helpful, they made us feel right at home. A place we'll definitely return to for an aperitivo and to sample their delicacies!

18/08/2025: In the heart of Sanremo, we find the high-end Drinx cocktail and wine bar. The expert hands of those behind the bar create true works of art, all surrounded by a uniquely stylish interior. Highly recommended!!!

10/10/2025: A year and a half ago, we visited this little café several times during our vacation, or rather, sat outside and enjoyed an aperitif and some of the numerous delicacies. Simply a wonderful little piazza with very attentive staff. I'd especially like to highlight the super-friendly employee with the reddish-blonde hair, who offered us the most amazing morsi to go with our Campari and Aperol – we still often think back to the Pasta Madre ❤️🫶🏼 and hope we'll come back to this wonderful place again.

We ordered a freshly baked pizza with an artisanal crust full of character, a flaky croissant, a slice of homemade apple cake, and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice — vibrant and full of life. Every item was thoughtfully prepared and served with care. The setting was cozy, with a small table just outside, perfect for enjoying the street’s calm atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and kind, offering just the right amount of attention. And the rich, aromatic coffee we finished with brought everything together beautifully. Pasta Madre il Fornaio doesn’t try to impress with extravagance — it wins you over with honesty, great flavor, and genuine hospitality. A perfect stop for anyone exploring Sanremo in search of authentic taste and peaceful moments.

20/02/2026: On a work break, we chose this restaurant for lunch. The restaurant is located near the old port of Sanremo, a perfect spot for lunch or dinner overlooking the sea. The restaurant isn't very large, but it has a pleasant atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a good meal in a characteristic setting. I tried the paccheri cacio e pepe with Sanremo red prawns, an interesting and well-crafted dish that I found delicious and flavorful. Perhaps the prices are a bit high compared to the overall offering, and the service is average, with no particular merits or demerits. Overall, a good experience in a truly charming location.

18/10/2025: I've never been to such a bad restaurant. The portions are ridiculous and the food is simply disgusting. I ordered a burrata pizza: I was served a pizza that could have built a wall with it, it was so hard, and the burrata was actually plastic mozzarella. On the menu, there was a dish with three fish tartares. We asked if it was possible to have just the tuna tartare. We were told yes, but the portion served wasn't even worthy of a portion from a children's menu for a price of €20. The dish was finished (no exaggeration) in two forkfuls. To all you future customers reading this review: Run away! You'll save your time, your money, your teeth, and your stomach. This restaurant is atrocious. I'm only giving it one star because I can't give it less. Besides, the French are looked down upon here.

15/03/2026: The hotel is dated but meticulously maintained. The staff is attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. My group of friends and I had a wonderful time during the national burraco tournament!

05/01/2026: Unlike the first time we stayed, I have to give a negative review. The room was large with a balcony, but it was cold, despite the staff's intervention to resolve the issue by raising the temperature of the split air conditioning. The bathroom was cold, making it difficult to shower; the window frame was outdated and let the cold in.

27/02/2026: I ordered octopus for an appetizer (which arrived promptly), delicious! I had already ordered turbot with zucchini and potatoes, but after waiting over an hour, I asked if there was still a long wait. Finally, the turbot arrived with the potatoes undercooked. At the same time, I asked for some bread... which never arrived. So I think the problem is total disorganization. Maybe if I had ordered a simple, cheaper pizza, it would have been much better. Who knows...

06/03/2026: It's a place in the city center, with friendly and dynamic staff. You can choose to grab a quick bite or sit down to enjoy the menu and live music during festival nights! Both the pizzas and sandwiches are delicious! Good value. Recommended!

01/03/2026: We had takeout one evening, and everything was delicious, both the burgers and the arrosticini. The service was friendly and fast. Perhaps the beer was a little overpriced (€4 for €33), but otherwise everything was perfect.
