19/12/2024: Ordered 2 pizzas for home delivery. The pizzas arrived more than half an hour late (lukewarm), after a telephone reminder. Whoever brought them probably knocked them over as you can see from the photos. Not to mention the rudeness of the lady who answers the phone and the person who made the delivery. Never again! Too bad because the dough was also good.

09/09/2024: Estábamos encantados de estar por fin en el hermoso Portofino y nos había prometido el almuerzo en un restaurante con vistas al puerto. Era un día tan caluroso que encontramos una mesa para 2 personas a la sombra. Este hombre horrible, grosero y abusivo virtualmente nos echó diciendo que solo 4 personas podían tener una mesa. Dije que queríamos almorzar y me gritó que fuera a comer a otro lugar. Nunca me han tratado tan mal en ningún restaurante. Es una vergüenza para el restaurante, para Portofino y para Italia. Tratar de esa manera a los turistas que están dispuestos a gastar su dinero ganado con tanto esfuerzo es aborrecible. Por favor, no apoyes a su restaurante, se merece ir a la quiebra

03/11/2024: Standard focaccia, high prices, hasty service, not to speed up, but seems to get rid of as soon as possible

01/11/2024: 16 euros 2 pieces of focaccia and a small pizza. 2.5 euros a bottle of water. All without a receipt. Rude staff. Absolutely avoid.

28/03/2025: This restaurant is a real tourist trap; the prices are horribly unjustified. A pasta dish costs 32 euros. A bottle of water costs 12 euros!!! And two hours later, we were already hungry. RUN AWAY! It's a shame to see this kind of restaurant still standing.

26/03/2025: RIP-OFF! Don't go there. Be sure to ask about the prices and be aware that a set table (tablecloth and cutlery) costs €18 for three people. More people, even more money! "Portofino Pizza" - tomato sauce, some pesto, and burrata €40 A lot of money!

29/01/2025: Cannot compare to anything I ate in Italy… Portofino is the price of the place, seemingly nothing to do with good food and not worth it. Jesus, where do these people come from!

02/03/2025: Loan sharks. 4 euros for a coffee at the counter also for residents who work in Portofino and in the same sector. It's not so much the 4 euros which are a small part of what I get in aperitifs, it's that the coffee was also disgusting. The good memories of when this bar was managed by Enrico and you were welcomed with smiles are distant. Avoid this bar.

20/02/2025: VERY FORTUNATELY that the bar is very well located and that they allowed us to use the toilets again three hours later. For mercy's sake, I will give it two stars. Two coffees and two hot chocolates for €24, I would have hoped to find gold at the bottom of my cup. Moreover, they were not exceptional…

08/03/2025: We stopped here at 4pm on Saturday 8 March, a beautiful day and the place was full of people. The blonde waitress (I don't know her name) was very kind! He brought us the plate with things to eat twice to finish the bottle of wine we had bought. Then we only paid for the wine...and the place is beautiful!!!!

07/03/2025: 20 euros for two ice teas available for 1.80 in stores, it's simply a steal. Take my 20 euros, you will use it to buy yourself some dignity.

08/02/2025: Really lousy and disgusting restaurant. The servers do not respect the customers at all. I ordered a seafood pizza, but unfortunately there was almost no seafood. The other pizzas my friends ordered were just as disgusting, with absolutely no taste. The toilets were very dirty, and the boss was shouting at the waiters. It was a disgusting experience, and on top of that, it was extremely expensive. I do not recommend anyone to eat at this restaurant.
