04/02/2025: A true 5-star venue in Tuacania. My wife and I had lunch for the first time at this place after seeing excellent posts and stories on Instagram. I must say that expectations were completely rewarded. Upon entering the restaurant you notice the attention to detail of the location and the absolutely enveloping, "warm" atmosphere. You can feel that nothing is left to chance, not even the music playlist. Starters Beef and onion tartare, followed by joys filled with braised meat and pork shank. Top of the line baked potatoes, for dessert a rochet and excellent ricotta. My wife has celiac disease and I didn't encounter any problems receiving gluten-free bread and a detailed explanation of what to choose from the menu. Attentive, efficient, courteous and non-invasive staff. Highly recommended.

06/02/2025: This place is by far the best value and maybe best food place in town. Staff was very understanding to our American novelties (not being able to speak Italian) and every aspect of the food was perfect. Will absolutely return, probably many times.

04/02/2025: A very nice and welcoming place, it is managed by the good Chef Bandana (Massimo) who is a friendly and efficient person, offering cuisine inspired by local tradition... enriched by some pleasant refinements! We enjoyed a good appetizer, delicious tonnarelli with red meat and mushroom sauce, an amazing stew, an excellent beef steak and a genuine mixed side salad. We ended the meal with some good tozzetti and coffee. The cost/quality ratio is extremely favourable. Worth a visit.

13/12/2024: I stumbled upon this place by chance, still standing at the door and I was immediately struck by the atmosphere inside. A well-kept and refined place where a vintage style mixes pleasantly with the modern. The staff is kind and smiling. The products on display are varied and assorted to such an extent that they captivate the eye but their scent inebriates and you are immediately transported by the sensations, at this point all that remains is to taste and taste.

15/12/2024: Domenica a pranzo,sala piena di bella gente, siamo rimasti semplicemente stupefatti dalla qualità del cibo e dalla tecnica dello chef. Ripeto è stata un esperienza sublime anche grazie al valido contributo del Signore Augusto il "patron" della sala, con garbata simpatia e professionalità ha contribuito a far sì che fosse una bella esperienza per noi, ma anche a tutti i commensali presenti. Ci tornerò il prima possibile, lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

29/01/2025: Trattoria in a magnificent spot in the historic center of Tuscania, with space for dining outside, excellent in the warmer periods of the year. The place is not very large internally, with very welcoming and helpful staff and truly exceptional cuisine. They cook various dishes based on wild boar and I must say, having tasted it, that they are really good. Very tender meat and well balanced in flavours. I also tried other dishes, including fettuccine with mushrooms and bacon, a culinary spectacle. I highly recommend it if you find yourself passing by to visit this splendid historical reality. I recommend booking in advance as there are not many places available internally.

02/02/2025: Pleasant environment, run by kind and welcoming people. Local food, the first courses only with fresh pasta but with a wide choice. I ate the excellent lamb stew. I will definitely come back to eat it again. Excellent experience.

If you want the waiter who smells the wine cork and pours first for the ladies, this is not for you
