11/08/2024: I recommend this restaurant, I think it is excellent and intelligent for how it is managed. In my opinion the products are really high quality. The only attention is to find out about the menu of the day, for the rest go calmly because you will not be disappointed, all at the right price

20/07/2024: Fixed menu at €40 per person with 10 courses selected by the chef from starters to desserts. Wine and drinks included, coffee and bitters. Highly recommended, a real gem in the heart of Tuscania. You really don't wake up hungry! Very attentive and courteous service.

22/07/2024: Locale molto romantico, in una suggestiva cornice medioevale, personale molto accogliente, professionale. Ci siamo goduti la parte esterna, curata nei particolari, ma anche l’interno merita di essere vissuto. Il menù prevede circa una trentina di proposte tra antipasti, primi, secondi piatti e dolci. Pane fatto in casa tiepido e fragrante. Ogni piatto presentato con molta cura, ha stuzzicato il palato e soddisfatto appieno le aspettative. Torneremo sicuramente. Assolutamente da consigliare

06/08/2024: Where to start... the Kyathos restaurant offers traditional, home-style cuisine with strong and tasty flavours, abundant dishes cooked with great skill using top quality ingredients. We ordered some excellent first courses thanks also to the advice of the courteous and very nice host. The impeccable service, the exceptional dishes, the very light bill and a small gift handmade by the chef's wife made our experience truly unique. Highly recommended.

I took pineapple basil ginger The small yogurt gelnda with mango and cocoa nibs Gaia got mango and peach Valeria ice cream with ricotta and caramelized figs Greta organic Sicilian lemon Congratulations to the kind owner and artist.

05/08/2024: The photo of the white plate is not an error, it is the tagliolini that I ordered as a first course! It was so good that I had to do a thorough digging. The flavors are very delicate and refined, the raw materials are of excellent quality and the price is right for each dish. We'll be back! We ordered: • Beef tartare (very delicate) • Rustic appetizer • Quail egg with purple potatoes and truffle (a surprise) • Tagliolini with courgettes, courgette flowers and truffle • Ravioli with tomato and bacon (very light and pleasant flavor despite the ingredients) • Lamb loin (best course of the meal) • eggnog and caramel semifreddo (excellent idea and taste, but too cold to be eaten with just a spoon) • puff pastry • pineapple cheesecake (appreciated) Total bill (4 people with service, water and coffee) €140. In our opinion the price is right.

30/07/2024: What a surprising town, especially the view from the park towards the basilica. Especially late afternoon, early evening The basilica is also worth a visit, it is only open to a limited extent

11/08/2024: A youthful, welcoming and spacious venue, ideal for any occasion. Staff always helpful and kind. Excellent and varied cuisine that can satisfy every taste and need, from pizza to meat, from salads to sandwiches, vegetarian dishes, gluten or lactose free. Suitable for couples and families, ample free parking on site. Absolutely recommended!!

16/08/2024: Wanting to spend the August holiday in Tuscania and surrounding areas we wanted to go to Alfreda. Beautiful location in the center of Tuscania in the square, tables under the pergola. Full restaurant. Excellent quality Roman cuisine: gnocchi with meat sauce, meatballs with sauce, roast chicken, beans all'uccelletto, chard simmered in water and a quarter of red wine... all very good and at a decidedly low and competitive price. A sad note is the service and I am referring to the staff, who are decidedly cold towards tourists like us. They weren't very welcoming, which is a shame because the location deserves it.

26/08/2024: The bar is nice. We had breakfast and the croissants were very beautiful to look at but possessed and not stuffed. We were a group and despite this they persisted in not wanting to write down the orders, so we were asked several times what we wanted to drink. What I find unacceptable, however, is the bathroom sign that is totally out of place and in very poor taste.

25/08/2024: Abbiamo provato i cornetti, gli strudel, le donuts, la torta di mele , la torta ricotta e pera i macarons: tutti dolci buonissimi! Assolutamente consigliato.

13/08/2024: Very nice organically oriented restaurant, with a simple, honest menu. Service is very friendly, sweet and helpful. Enjoy homemade dishes with local ingredients. Nice terrace and ample parking - highly recommended!
