07/12/2024: Excellent pizza, light and digestible dough, excellent seasoning, a good pizza even when cold!! The wait at the table is enlivened by a nice package of strips of hot white pizza!!! Good choice of wines and light bill!!! Well done!!

04/12/2024: Given that we are frequenters of the place, and we have always had a good time. Except for the last time, we heard the older waitress handing over the service of our table to the other one, who completely abandoned us and served us with an air of arrogance. I find the behavior inappropriate for professionals. Not to see each other again.

15/12/2024: Abbiamo scoperto per caso Cantina del Drago l’anno scorso, e da allora è diventato un luogo di cui non possiamo più fare a meno. D’estate, il bellissimo prato esterno crea un’atmosfera rilassante e suggestiva, mentre d’inverno il locale diventa più spartano e intimo, perfetto per un pranzo accogliente. Il vero punto di forza, però, è il menù: semplicemente sublime. Ogni volta torniamo con curiosità per provare nuovi piatti, e ogni volta le nostre aspettative vengono pienamente confermate. Ogni pietanza è curata nei minimi dettagli e riesce sempre a sorprenderci per originalità e qualità. La gestione è impeccabile: amichevole, professionale e capace di far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Anche la lista dei vini merita una menzione speciale, con scelte mai banali e spesso sorprendenti. Un posto che consigliamo caldamente a chi cerca un’esperienza culinaria di alto livello in un ambiente unico!

15/12/2024: Good evening, it was me, my wife and my son. Meanwhile, up to you splendid people. The Avis gentleman showed us a place to park. Had an aperitif in the square. People shipped. Then golden sphere lunch The sign. I drive a splendid person. The guys in the room were splendid. Superlative dishes. As always. I hadn't been back for about 30 years. 18/12/2024: It was Saturday evening, it was raining, it was cold and few businesses were still open in Sutri, we followed the signs, following a small road that took us to the inn which from the outside also looked closed; only upon entering did the beauty of the inn open up to us, from the lit fireplace, where we stayed for a while to warm up, to all the characteristics of this place that welcomed us like a home; we ate well, spent the right amount on average, we relaxed, we had a good time, that's what counts. When possible, we will definitely return.

15/12/2024: A restaurant where I always return willingly, the trip from Rome is worth it. The place is warm and welcoming, the cuisine with typical dishes is very refined, the quality/price ratio is more than adequate. It's a pleasure every time I return. 12/11/2024: Today we had lunch in this restaurant and I recommend it because it has a really tasty menu and at an excellent price, good chestnut tagliatelle, pork fillet with pine nuts and plums at the top. The owner is really nice and attentive to the customer. We'll be back.

24/07/2024: An ancient pork butchery in the center of Sutri, artisanal and friendly, as you can see, artisanal too, nice, truly discreet and sincere, this is what I put in, I call it the world sandwich with porchetta obviously like all their products made by them. World Cup ❤️

Excellent dishes, service of rare courtesy, attention to small details usually overlooked (the beer in the frozen mug, given today's temperatures, was something that brought me back to the world), very convenient location for those who want to visit the archaeological park or the city of Sutri. In particular, a selection of very high quality meats at prices that are not *low*, but rather adequate and super competitive. Excellent desserts. Totally positive experience across the board. Great

03/11/2024: Bellissima atmosfera, cibo molto buono e curato. La nostra assistente, più che cameriera, la “giovane “Sara è stata veramente carina e paziente ad assecondare le nostre richieste! Tutto perfetto! Cibo, birra, location e personale. Anche il conto, considerata la quantità di cibo e bevande che il nostro gruppo ha ingurgitato, è più che onesto!!! Grazie! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare anche se veniamo da lontano!

18/11/2024: lati positivi: bel tagliere di salumi e formaggi ( anche se in tutto, per quattro persone, c'erano 4 fettinelle di formaggio) ; primi, anche se monopasta( solo fettuccine) discretamente buoni ed abbondanti. lati negativi: iniziamo dal vino. Ti portano "la carta" dei vini e gli chiedi una bottiglia che c'è nella "carta", la risposta alle nostre prime tre richieste è stata "non c'è". Allora portami quello che hai, cosa mi dai a fare la carta dei vini? L'apoteosi si è raggiunta con la carne ( molto ben recensita). Finiamo i primi ed alla domanda, del cameriere, "prendete dolce, caffe, amaro" abbiamo ribattuto "vorremmo della carne", la risposta è stata "è finita!". Allibiti abbiamo chiesto il conto e siamo scappati via. Peccato, perchè c'è una buona assistenza per i bambini, ci sono i gonfiabili ed altri intrattenimenti ma ospitare dieci tavoli (presumo tutti su prenotazioni) e rispondere "è finita" al cliente che, menù alla mano, ti chiede la carne, ti preclude la possibilià di rivedere quei potenziali clienti.

27/10/2024: Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante con i nostri amici e i nostri rispettivi bambini ( età dai 3 ai 9 anni)Finalmente dopo tanto siamo riusciti a fare una cena riuscendo a godercela dall’inizio alla fine. La sala riservata ai bambini ( il baby restaurant) è adiacente alla sala principale per cui si hanno comunque sotto controllo i bambini. La ragazza Beatrice è stata davvero carina e gentile, ha fatto prima cenare i bambini (cosa non da poco)e poi li ha intrattenuti tra palloncini, tatuaggi, balli. L’arrivo della mascotte della serata poi rende tutto più divertente.L’ambiente è comunque gradevole si riesce davvero a gustare una cena. Noi abbiamo provato le pizze, il menu ne presentava diverse ed originali, tutte ottime e con ingredienti di qualità. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Finalmente un ristorante attento anche alle esigenze delle famiglie.
