26/07/2026: A delicious lunch surrounded by the cool Sutri tuff! The mixed bruschetta with lard and truffle, plain lard, and lard, caramelized onion, and almonds were top notch! But the real treat was the main courses: pork shank with beer and pears, and pork cheeks braised in Nebbiolo wine on mashed potatoes, were truly delicious. Cooked to perfection, flavorful, and plentiful. As a side, we had the mushroom tart, which was also delicious! To finish on a high note, an excellent classic tiramisu. The only thing I can say is that the tiramisu had a slight alcoholic note, which I didn't mind, but I wish I'd known about it beforehand. Otherwise, everything was perfect! The prices are very affordable and reasonable for all the delicacies served. We'll definitely be back!!

You'll have a hard time recognizing it because the old sign is almost illegible, yet everyone here knows it. Crossing the threshold of the Mithraeum, you find yourself enveloped in an atmosphere of times gone by, where the intimate and simple space gives way to a golden and genuine conviviality, and you immediately feel at home. I'd been there before, but unfortunately I was "bounced" out because I hadn't booked and it was fully booked. The cuisine is a tribute to authentic tradition, ennobling ancient flavors through soul-soothing dishes, including the unusually crispy Jewish-style artichokes (everyone's talking about them, I'll have to try them too) and generous first courses that smell like home. The menu is simple, yet varied and experimental. I tried tagliolini with asparagus, crispy bacon, and a parmesan crust (a surprise), sliced ​​chicken with cherries (a revelation), baked potatoes, and a delicious combination of lemon semifreddo and basil sauce (absolutely a must-try). What makes the experience truly memorable is the warm welcome from host Luca, a man of old who, along with his staff, treats each guest with sincere care and exquisite kindness, making you feel like part of a long-time family. The final bill was a delightful surprise (and that's no small feat), confirming a relationship between the quality of the ingredients and the price that's almost an understatement to call fair. Considering the intimate size of the room, I strongly suggest you book early and reserve a table so you don't miss out on this little gem of Tuscia and enjoy authentic cuisine in a small but incredibly welcoming place... and honestly, it's one of the best experiences I've had in the area. 14/08/2026: Last night, my wife, a couple of friends, and I made a reservation for the first time at "Il Localetto" in Sutri because, based on the website and the reviews, it looked like a nice place with good pizza. Our expectations were not disappointed, and we found a very welcoming atmosphere, light and delicious pizza (the idea of ​​"pizza al pala" with the option of choosing different toppings and trying multiple pizzas at once is excellent), an excellent draft beer that didn't weigh me down at all, and prompt, attentive service. Gabriella, the person who looked after our table, was not only friendly but also very attentive to the needs of her customers. Well done to all of you, and we'll definitely be back to try your pizzas. Thank you.

02/09/2025: This norcineria is absolutely divine. The food is wonderful. We ordered a mixed charcuterie board for three, a porchetta sandwich, a mortadella sandwich, as well as water and grapes and a bottle of excellent white wine. We couldn't finish it all without it. It was truly excellent and plentiful. We also purchased some charcuterie and cheeses to take home, which were extremely delicious. The bill was a truly pleasant surprise. I think we'll definitely be back next time I'm in Sutri. Thanks also to the staff who have to navigate so many people 🤗

22/07/2026: Great restaurant with a beautiful view. The food was good, and the pizzas were large and inexpensive. The €20 three-course set menu was perfect 👌🏼 The waitress wasn't very friendly and twice forgot to take someone's order at the table, but everyone has bad days ☺️
